Same issue here.
Got items that were sold like few days ago popping up on chat, even more than one message for the same item.

Hi...
With the newest Update/Version I do have an interestig bug(?). Everytime I log from one Char to another of my Chars TTC shows a chat message saying something along the lines of *TTC detected XXX item being sold...*. The thing is, those items mentioned have been sold hours or some even up to 2 days ago ! Is this a bug or a new intended feature ? Btw., there are no lua errors or something like that shown ingame. |

For whatever reason, on update to 4.12.842.21934, TTC stopped showing price data, and trying to switch it to show/hide it gives following:
UI Error: 9E08AF73 :2: attempt to index a nil value stack traceback: :2: in function '(main chunk)' (That's all, there are no errors on load, and it only happens the first time when I try to switch it, then nothing. It also happens on 4 different installations of ESO, even with TTC being the only add-on loaded, but I dunno what else to look for.) For the time being, I have circumvented it by rolling all LUA back to 4.11.318.12202, keeping the client from 4.12.842.21934, but that obviously isn't an intended use case... |

Re: being told to run client but its already running
To verify if you are having that bug please do the following: 1. Delete TTC's folder in Document/Elder Scrolls Online/live/Addons 2. Launch the game and see if TTC still shows up in the addon list If TTC still shows up then it means ESO is not using the regular Document/Elder Scrolls Online/live/Addons but one in some random location Once this bug happens all of your addons will get effected not only TTC There are two known ways of fixing this problem: 1. Make a back up of Document/Elder Scrolls Online folder, delete it and let the game creates it again. Close the game and copy the backup one back. 2. Do a global search for addon folder and identify the ones that contains ESO addons that you use. Take a backup and delete those. |

being told to run client but its already running
im being told "Price table oudated. Please run Client.exe again to update it" on all my unbound items but i already have client.exe open and running.
ive tried -letting the client through my firewall -running it as administrator -running it before opening the eso launcher -redownloading and installing ttc but it keeps telling me to run the client. it was running fine last night, windows updated, and now its giving me this message. any suggestions to help a guy out? |

I know exactly what you are talking about, I also have this visible in guild listings and percentage is always between 500 with green colour or red going up to 1000 if I remember correctly. I personally came to the conclusion that it must mean the difference in percentage between the recommended/Average price and the price that the owner asks for, as I frequently saw that if the person asks for 10k for an item when the item is only valued at 5k there will be red percentage most likely meaning how much more expensive it is than the average price and same way round, when the item is being sold for 100k when on average people sell it for 500k there will be green percentage saying in percentage how much cheaper it is. So it seems that green is a good sign and red is bad depending on how big percentage is , and you need to check TTC for the average amount for this item and if it's cheaper than the listing you are looking at then you should probably look somewhere else for it. I would definitely recommend for you to check this in your game, if what I'm saying fits the listings you see, Because it's only my conclusion but in my situation it fits well to what the average and seller prices are . The only thing I can't help with is the purple thing as I don't think I saw it You might want to also ask your guildmates if they know or have it too, especially if you have Discord guild where you can post screenshots |

Reboot Bug???
I'll admit right off I have no desire to test this any further than I have, but figured I should post just in case it's fixable and others have the issue. Here's what happened:
I disabled the addon on most of my characters (along with other addons) to decrease character load times. I left it on my main character, but stopped the client app. When I log in on my main with the client not running, within five minutes ESO will die. Not just crash to desktop, but force my computer to reboot as well. Sometimes it happens within a minute of logging in, sometimes a bit longer. This first happened twice in a row a couple weeks ago, right after disabling the client, and I thought it was my power supply starting to die. Did a bunch of troubleshooting and found it wasn't the PS, and it only happened on my main character! Any other character could be played for hours with no issue. Some more testing to confirm it, then disabled TTC on my main character as well. Logged in to that character and it ran for over an hour with no problems. It was the little nag message that lets you know the client isn't running that tipped me off, since that only happens on my main character. Windows Event Viewer shows no error messages other than the computer didn't shut down correctly. If anyone else can confirm this issue (Win 10, 16 GB memory, dual monitors), it really needs to be fixed. If it's just me, then just ignore this unless that changes. |
