This addon will display in the chat window the items that you and your group members have looted.

It is for people who just want a standalone no-frills group loot logging feature without any unwanted baggage. This is a tiny addon (a mere couple of kilobytes) with virtually zero footprint.

Group Loot Notifier will only show notable items: specifically, set items of any color quality, consumables or trophies of blue quality or better (e.g., motifs, recipes, and treasure maps), and any item of purple quality or better.

How is that a stupid option? I already see the loot I get on the right side, why clutter the chat with the same information?

You can turn off the loot history on the right in eso's game settings. The display in the chat can be controlled with filter functions in the "Group Loot Notifire".

It's about the material for crafting: Iridium Grains, Iridium Plating, Dwarven Oil, Embroidery, Turpen, Denata.

If you want to see listed "trash" in your chat, you can enable "show all" option.
About option to select "quality for green and blue etc": Useless by my opinion, but i'll take a note for a future interface update.

*facepalm* There is no difference between green>blue>purple>gold items cause it can be upgraded for the low cost. Most of the green/blue items with a good parameters can be sold by more than 200k.
