Slash Commands & Lore Date / Time
Hello, I really like the Clock add-on, especially the Moon phases. But I want to configure its output in some ways that I might prefer instead of the default.
As far as I can determine, none of the /slash commands has any effect at all upon the output displayed by the Clock add-on, even after I use /reloadui. The configuration options for Clock via the ESC > Settings > Addons UI change it, but I have a few questions: What is the "fake lore date"? How is it different from the (real?) "lore date"? The UESP.net wiki displays a table for the topic Lore: Calendar at: http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Calendar Is there any way to "synchronize" the in-game month with the Gegorian calendar month(s) shown in the above table? Is there any way to "synchronize" the in-game weekday with the current weekday on the Gregorian calendar? Thank-you for your time and attention to this inquiry.

Clock 0.712 - Horizontal ON
I've used the Horizontal setting to display the system time after the Tamriel time on the same line. If I don't turn Horizontal On, then the system time shows at the start of a line with a blank line between the two. I display the output line above the Compass, since I've never seen anything else there on the HUD.
However, apparently, if the name of the day and/or of the month is longer than a certain length, then the system time is "pushed" to the right. As a resulit the system time can become displayed on the line below the primay one. This interferes with displaying the Compass below. Can you change this so that the entire output of Clock will remain displayed on one line? Thanks for the add-on. It adds context and a frame of reference to the game HUD that I enjoy. |

Updated the Git. Didn't find anything myself. Thus I will release it here in the next couple of days. |

I was playing around with it and I think I found a bug; Changing 'Style' will change both the moon text and clock text, but changing 'Moon style' does nothing (as far as I can tell). I don't think I tested that in previous versions, so not sure if its new on the test version or not.. It doesn't really matter to me if clock and moon have separate style options, I'm just pointing it out since I noticed~ |

Version 0.7.11 is ready to be tested @Github.
It adds the feature of changing the y-offset of the moon manually. This change is small but could alter the current position of the Clock UI due to the various possible settings it can affect. Thus I am not ready to release it without further testing. But sooner or later I will also make it available here at esoui P.S: Don't worry Kenza, I take your commenting as enthusiasm for Clock and that is always a good thing

Woot, if it's not too hard, that sounds awesome! Sorry for being so harrassy! (or at least it feels like I am with so many comments, haha)
Thanks for the awesomeness! |

Yeah, I made the moon intentional higher than the text (when same sized), but now that we understand each other, I can implement a solution. Maybe more see it the way you see it. Will include an option to align the moon with the text in the next version. shouldn't be too hard. Only the offset must be reduced.

Oooo, I do very much like being able to adjust the moon size! Very nice!
But the alignment is still off for me.. :x haha But I noticed that it also depends on the clock sizing too.. Set clock size too far down and moon will get too far down, set clock size too far up and moon will be too far up, then if you set moon size too far down, moon will be too far up, and moon size too far up, moon will be too far down, haha @.@ Depending on the combination of clock size/moon size it looks fine at some points, and off other times... This seems complicated. Perhaps an easier fix would be to add an option for the user to adjust Y position of the moon in the addon's settings? If that's not too hard to add! I don't think I've ever had an issue with X pos. (Assuming Y is vertical and X is horizontal and I'm not just getting confused.. haha x.x) |

Next update will include your values as default offsets for font sizes smaller than 32 (until 18 or so they look good, and after that, it is unreadable anyway ) EDIT: I changed it again. When changing to your values from mine, the moon "jumps" because of the different offset of the moon texture. To prevent that, I removed the difference in the texture offset and compensated the label offset. I also found out, that the label offset does not work (for some reason) if the font size is smaller than 20. So I changed the offset of the moon texture instead if the size is smaller than 20. Additionally, the x offset does now recognise if the label is single or double digit and compensates accordingly. Thus the label should now always stay in the middle of the moon texture (hopefully)
