Iakoni's Gear Changer  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 1.6
by: Mookanana [More]
Iakoni's Gear Changer: This addon will allow you to SAVE and EQUIP gear sets.
Look and feel integrates well with ESO default.

Features:
- SAVE and EQUIP up to 10 gear sets
- Customise gearset name and icons
- Checkbox that allows you to toggle between ignoring empty gearslots, or marking them as empty for unequipping. (default is ignore)
- Look and feel meant to integrate with the default ESO UI.
- Keybindings added to controls under section "Iakoni's Gear Changer" for quick equipping.
- Added a keybind section for one button changing of gear and skills, if you have Skill Changer installed.
- Player bags, bank and stores will have a marker arrow indicating if the item is part of a saved set.

Drop me some feedback if you like! Contact me if I am online if you want to chat.
I drew inspiration heavily from Wykkyd's Outfitter mod, which doesn't work for me anymore.
Got tired of looking around for a mod I liked and decided to make one for myself.

If you like it, take a look at its sister addon, "Iakoni's Skill Changer" which does the same thing but for skills.

Brief Instructions:
1. Equip gear on your paperdoll.
2. Select a set by clicking on the set icon.
3. Click [Save].
4. Switch between sets by clicking [Equip].

Hope you enjoy it!

Suggestion: Combine Changer Addons

Hey,

the Addons are realy good. One hint: Take inspiration from AlphaGear too.

And one suggestion: It would be nice if i can combine skill and gear sets to one shortcut.

Beautiful! Thank you for this!

And I also second that, being able to swap both skills and equip at the same time would be nice~ Maybe have an option to link them if both are installed and sets have the same names?

Nice one!
Can you, in short, provide info to us: the key differences from Dressing Room, please?

This is actually updated whereas Dressing Room isn't anymore.
Also, there are subtle issues with dressing room like not changing gear at times and requiring manual fixing each time I swap.

I already switched to this from dressing room since DR isn't updated anymore and has some buggy problems occasionally.

I saw you mention you hadn't checked out DR before, I think you should take a look at it just to compare features.

A couple things I miss on this from Dressing Room functionality wise is 1. The ability to mouse over the 'set' and have a tooltip pop up showing all your gear on that set. and 2. An icon of some sort that appears in the inventory showing gear belongs to a set (normally DR would show a yellow play arrow).

Cosmetically I really like it's minimal design and it feels like it goes better with existing UI more than DR imo. But, it would be nice to give sets longer names than just six or seven letters somehow.

Thanks for creating these... I've switched over as well.

Love the UI tie-ins, nice work.

Would like to echo the request, if possible, to add a marker of some sort on items in inventory that are part of a saved Gear Changer set.

For the next Update just a cosmetic enhancements: Change the Info.txt to info.rtf or such thing to remove the Info File from the Addon List in Game.

any chance you'll be combining Gear Changer and Skill Changer into one single addon?

I have already linked both with a hotkey to change both sets, is there a need to merge?
