TTC not posting my items to the website?
Hi, thank you for TTC!
For several months I've been having issues with TTC not posting my own listings to the website. It used to be fast. Now it takes over an hour (so long that it may be someone else posting the data). I see it posting sales data and other items, but not my listings. Details:
None of that helped so far.

For the second part did TTC client finish syncing before you turn off your PC? If not then the client will pick up where it left off from last time on the next start. |

[Resolved] Scan All Listings stalls on page 0
(Edit: Now resolved, didn't do anything other than described below so not sure why is started working again!)
I've been using TTC for ages. About a week ago I noticed that when I go to Scan All Listings. it shows 'Scanning page 0' in the chat window as usual, then nothing else. Even after 15 minutes there is no '...page 1, .. page 2' text. I have taken these steps to try and resolve: • While logged out, Quit the client, reinstalled the add-on, started the client, started the game, and tried again. • As above, but after repairing the game. • As above, but also deleting the saved variable associated with TTC. • Disabled ALL addons and libraries except for TTC, LibAddonMenu-2.0, and LibCustomMenu; and tried again. In each case I get the same outcome. I can scan all listings on my laptop, however (edit: no, see below). This issue is occurring on my PC (Windows 11, all up to date etc.) I can tell the client is working as each time I reloadui, the price table is updated with recent listings etc. Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks in advance. Edit: • I have now created a new Windows login, and ran ESO. That created a brand new AddOn folder of course and new preferences for ESO. Then I installed TTC, started the client, and started the game. Same outcome. • Laptop now also shows the same result (only shows page 1 as being scanned).

My apologies in advance if jumping in to comment is rude, but I too run into this problem occassionally. My vote if one or the other would be assignable hot key. I did also have a couple questions if/when you have time. Why don't we have to purge the data manually all the time? For example, if I'm only doing the normal/light shopping it seems like I never have to dump data. Is the data purged automatically after a time if I don't reach the record limit within a game session? And then, I notice if I haven't played for a day or two and I launch the TTC client (before launching game) the client appears to already be doing something with data. I've seen this even if I reloadui with TTC client running just before logging off the day or two prior. Just curious how it works, or maybe I'm doing something unexpected to the addon or out of sequence? I appreciate your time and effort keeping up on this addon. |

you are likely a victum of a ZOS bug where ESO creates multiple addon folders. To verify if you are having that bug please do the following: 1. Delete TTC's folder in Document/Elder Scrolls Online/live/Addons 2. Launch the game and see if TTC still shows up in the addon list If TTC still shows up then it means ESO is not using the regular Document/Elder Scrolls Online/live/Addons but one in some random location Once this bug happens all of your addons will get effected not only TTC There are two known ways of fixing this problem: 1. Make a back up of Document/Elder Scrolls Online folder, delete it and let the game creates it again. Close the game and copy the backup one back. 2. Do a global search for TamrielTradeCentre folder and identify the ones that is not the default one. Take a backup and delete the whole parent addon folder. |

Price table outdated - error?
I started receiving this error, looked at multiple places to see if I could resolve this problem. I ended up deleting Tamriel Trade Centre and reinstalling the addon. Started the newly installed client.exe file, logged into the game, and am still getting the message when looking at items... "Price table is outdated. Please run Client.exe again to update it." As you can see from the attached graphic, I did run the client and it says that I have the latest version. How can I resolve this problem? See screenshot below.

Hotkey/Shortcut to clear recorded data?
Sometimes I go on massive vendor-scan runs, but that means that even with maximum # of records I find myself having to reloadui to dump the data multiple times, and then going into the settings menu for the addon to clear the data. I understand why it doesn't automatically clear it (no way to verify when the client has finished uploading) but is there a way you could add a bindable hotkey or a slash command to clear the data by hand without having to go into the addon screen?
