This addon will deal with your unwanted items :
  • all "trash" items will be automatically marked as junk
  • option to mark ornate items as junk
  • option to mark items up to selected quality as junk (items with researchable trait, set bonus, non-craftable enchantment, rare style or specified level / champion rank can be excluded)
  • option to mark jewels up to selected quality as junk (jewels with set bonus can be excluded)
  • option to mark ornate jewels up to selected quality as junk
  • option to mark trait-less jewels as junk
  • option to mark trait-less items as junk
  • option to mark style materials as junk, customizable if full stack in bank
  • option to mark trait materials as junk, customizable if full stack in bank
  • option to mark smithing boosters as junk up to selected quality as junk, customizable if full stack in bank
  • option to mark ingredients up to selected provisioning level or which is not used in any of your recipes as junk
  • option to mark known provisioning recipes up to selected quality as junk
  • option to mark cold/congealed/stale food and cloudy/flat/murky drinks as junk
  • option to mark fishing lure as junk, customizable if full stack in bag
  • option to mark looted potions as junk, customizable if full stack in bag and/or bank and can exclude hier tier potions.
  • option to mark looted poison as junk, customizable if full stack in bag and/or bank and can exclude hier tier poisons.
  • option to mark looted glyphs as junk and can exclude hier tier glyphs
  • option to mark aspect runes as junk up to selected quality as junk, customizable if full stack in bank
  • option to destroy all unwanted items with gold value less or equal to the selected amount
  • option to track user marked junk
  • option to mark stolen valuables up to selected quality as junk
  • option to mark trophies and fish trophies already collected
  • option to launder items at fence, with exclusions
  • option to import settings between characters

All items marked as junk will be automatically sold to vendor when you open store window.

In-game setting is in the SETTINGS -> Addon Settings -> Dustman (or just type /dustman).


How to manually install addon:
  1. Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in your Documents

    For Windows: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\<version>\
    For Mac: ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/<version>/

    (replace <version> with the client you're using - "live" or "liveeu")

  2. You should find an AddOns folder, if you don't, create one.
  3. Extract the addon from downloaded zip file to the AddOns folder
  4. Log into the game, and in the character creation screen, you'll find the Addons menu.
    Enable your addons from there.

Thank you so much i have overlook at these :-) but i cant downloading need to wait.

The latest version of this file is currently awaiting approval from a file admin. You can download a previous (older) version from the archive.

Ok know it works by my i have coombinated the step from the user Maido with these from Hoft and restarted my Game. Reloadeui was not enoght

If you are looking for an easy fix for Morrowind, I've uploaded a ZIP under OTHER FILES (look for Dustman unofficial fix for Morrowind v6.3)

I just did the fix that Hoft found (thx Hoft, credit goes to you).

I replace a line in dustman.lua starting with
usableIngredients[itemId] = known
to:
if itemId~=nil then usableIngredients[itemId] = known end

I also updated the addon version for it to work with Morrowind.

Quick & Dirty fix: open Dustman.lua, go to line 208:

Remove the inside of the function, basically remove from line 209 to 219 included, so that it looks like this in the end:

Longer explanation: the function scans through recipe types, then each type's recipes list, then its ingredients, to find out wether you know the recipe or not. "Emptying" this function removes the functionality of auto-junking recipes you know, minor issue if you use this function but all the rest works fine in my quick tests.
Problem seems to be related to the function ZO_LinkHandler_ParseLink, it's an internal function which I am not sure the use of, tbh... I guess it changed with Morrowind and now returns different values.
Disclaimer: never touched a line of ESO LUA but researched 20 minutes on http://wiki.esoui.com/API , resources on this are rather scarce.

I'm getting the same error but I don't know if it just started today with MW or not, because I've been using an error surpression addon, and turned that off today to troubleshoot an issue with a different addon.

I believe Ayantir has Morrowind updates lined up for most his addons.
