    A working minimap!

    So I guess a lot of people have been excited since I said I was working on this. Well here it finally is! Still an early version most likely with bugs. More features to come hopefully.

    Known Issues:
    - applying a map pin filter for the world map does not update the minimap until reload/map change
    v0.01:
    - uploaded

    v0.02:
    - fixed some problems with quest pins
    - added size option
    - added Reload Pins button

    v0.03:
    - options now save
    - position now saves
    - addons that add map pins should work properly now.

    v0.04:
    - added alpha slider option
    - the issue with the WorldMap displaying incorrectly should be fixed.
    - quest circle areas now display on the MiniMap
    - quest pins should show on top of all other pins now
    - some blinking quest pins are fixed

    v0.05
    - updated to new api version
    - added option for MiniMap pin scale

    v1.0
    - fixed problem with map in upper right blocking some interface elements

    v1.0b
    - removed minimap hiding when game menu open (to fix the line 44 error)

    I have this mini map addon installed, great addon.

    I did want to note that using this addon while in PVP area (Cyrodiil), it completely screws up your moving from area to area, and also puts markers in the wrong zoom states. I had to disable it while in Cyrodill area currently.
    It will not allow you to use the transport network correctly due to some zoom issue/map pop up.

    I think it would be really great to see overlays on this mini map that showed skyshards and lorebooks. Would that be possible to put together?

    Well, it's not doing anything. Is there a shortcut or something?
    The addon is loaded - I can change its settings - but I don't see any minimap.

    the addon name implies it though. its a minimap you can see on screen while playing the game, it used to sort of work in beta, but probably needs an update for the early access/new patch.

    Doesn't work
    I haven't tried this addon before, but it doesn't work on the early access version. The minimap doesn't show up, and there seem to be no setting, shortcut or command to display it.

    Try going into the controls and fiddling with the transparency and map size, that got it to show up for me.

    Works very well but a bug I found is with addon running I cannot sell or deposit items in the bank. As soon as I disable only this addon and reload ui I can perform those actions.

    Same issue I place it the top right corner and when it's active you can't craft, use bank or switch inventory tabs. I have been going to add-ons unchecking it and then reloadui to get it to work then have to turn it back on, kind of a pain so I hope it can be fixed. It seems to layer over the default UI which is why you can't access those things

    I was able to fix this by brute force/dumb luck:
    1. load all addons
    2. disable ZMM in Addons menu on left
    3. reload ui
    4. disable ALL addons
    5. enable ZMM only
    6. reload ui
    7. access ZMM settings in the Settings>ZrMiniMap menu
    8. fiddle with alpha and size values until it pops into existence (can move mm by click-holding)
    9. enable all addons
    10. reloadui

    Worked for me, hope it does for you.

    Great addon, definitely should be included in the default ui. Thanks!

    Yep - I do the same thing as I must have a minimap!

    The default setting right now has the alpha turned all the way down. Turn it up to 100 and you'll see the minimap in your upper left corner.
