Tamriel Trade Centre  Updated this week!  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)
Version: 3.16.818.28104
by: cyxui [More]
The addon for http://tamrieltradecentre.com/

TTC needs localization help! Current plans is to translate for all official languages (German, French and Japanese). If you are willing to help with the translation please go to google sheet (https://goo.gl/q6xBPq) and fill in the German/French/Japanese Translation Columns as much as you could. Do remember to make a copy in case of conflicts or trolls.. cough cough...

By downloading this addon you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

For Mac users and people whos afraid of exe file. Webclient (beta) is available online. Go to http://tamrieltradecentre.com/ and select your region. Click on Addon -> Webclient and follow the instructions

Global trade search tool needs YOUR help.

By running our addon and client. Your guild listings as well as any item you seen by using guild store search function will be automatically upload to the site for other people to search and browse. The collected data will also be used to generate price info for everyone~

If you want to contribute more to the community or if you wish to help boosting up your guild's sale by uploading an entire guild's listings, you are more than welcome to do so!

Here are some screen shoots of the site, addon and client

Install Instruction 

1. Download and unzip the files under ESO addon folder (default is Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns) Or you can install it with Minion
2. When you are playing ESO, run the client executable (client.exe) under Client folder
3. Enjoy the game

For first time of use 

For the first time only, you need to go to bank NPC -> click on Guild Store. A dialog box should pop up asking you to wait while the addon scan existing guild listings. When finished, the "Auto scan completed" dialog will show up
.

Q:How does this addon work?
The addon collects all the item listings that you seen in the guild store and uploads them to the site. The site then uses all the data collected by all players to generate price info for everyone.
You can also use the website to search for the location of an item using way better filter than the default Guild store GUI. But it is not guarantee the item is still there since low price items tends to get sold fast. You will have to use your own judgment based on the last seen column to predict whether its still available.

Q:How is the suggested price calculated?
1. Remove outliers
2. AVG(price of the lowest 30% items) * 0.8

Q:Whats the difference between MM's price and TTC's price?
TTC uses the listing price and the MM uses sold price. By statistic and Economic, those two numbers should align given enough sample set

Q: How fresh is the pricing data?
Very fresh! Naw im kidding, its based on Data from yesterday

Q: How big is TTC
It uses around 6mb of RAM for pricing info and around 20mb at most for entries you have seen.

Technical question to the author:
I'd like to get some compatibility with the addon FCOItemSaver.
If I right click an item while holding the SHIFT key down the context menu will not be shown.
But the context menu of TTC is still showing this entry "Post ttc price to chat".
Are we able to suppress this too please if I right click an item holding the SHIFT key down?
Otherwise I can click like 5 items with SHIFT in a row and then I have a context menu containing 5x post TTC price to chat

The best way to achieve this imo would be to use a prehook to ZO_InventorySlot_ShowContextMenu, like this e.g.:

Lua Code:
  1. ZO_PreHook("ZO_InventorySlot_ShowContextMenu", function(rowControl)
  2.    --if the SHIFT key is pressed do not show any context menu
  3.    if IsShiftKeyDown() then return true end
  4. end

can you provide an example item link?

As for the shift I would need to think about it more to see if its gonna break something.

The Saved Variables file does contain info on the scans I've done, but I have no idea if it's actually uploading the info to the site. I've even fully deleted TTC (and saved vars), and reinstalled. Still same behavior.

Is the TTC saved vars supposed to clear itself out once the listings are uploaded?

Is anyone else getting this behavior?
do you have multiple accounts? TTC doesn't support multiple account yet. Working under progress

Oh well, I always looked at this like I do bots. But right now I expect the majority of players are using this addon. Until this addon, I was making good gold in the game. After all, the only way now to start making gold the way I use too is to join you guys.

Clearly, ZoS could care less what goes on in their game. Bots are allowed to run with no stopping them. They also don't care if an addon is good or bad for the game they created.

Time to start making that next million as fast as I made that first.

OK, cool. Sounds good. Enjoy your time elsewhere. Can I have your stuff before you go?
Nope, but I did put a ticket in about this and how it is affecting a lot of us within the game. I know, doubt anything will happen, but that is why I have a couple of my guilds do the same. It really is cutting into how much we can make in the game. Heck, I went through 5 guilds already and 30 days sold maybe 2 things in that time. Getting hard to find guilds that users don't use this.

Hopefully, the devs wake up and see how you guys are destroying the economy.
Then use real prices for your goods, not imagined (x10 from real ones).
This is rivalry and you loosing it, while I - didn't
You can quit, delete, whatever.
But TTC - one of the most best things, that ever happened in the ESO.

Yet, you use it and have no clue why us others that don't end up being screwed over by this BS addon. If it was that great for the game why doesn't ZoS just put it in the game and eliminate how the guild/Auction House is set up. At least it would be fair to all, not just a few and awesome for the authors of this addon.
Your and their unwilling to use TTC (yes, I agree, that this game must have shared AH, rather than BS guild stores) is their choice, not mine or addon's author.
But, for sure, this is not my or any other TTC user problem.
Go whine somewhere else.
Not whining, just pointing out fact that I see you agree with. There is no doubt this addon is just like the bots ZoS does nothing about. It ruins the game and makes ZoS just like the cheaters, complicit in destroying their own game.

You seem awfully invested in all this for someone who is quitting the game in a sulk. Best of luck, though. I mean, it isn't like ZOS are not aware of the existence of this or anything, so ... yeah, I'm pretty sure that your complaints will not change anything much.

Have you considered, and I know this is a radical, shocking thought, but maybe, just maybe, lowering your prices?

Gosh, hopefully. I mean, how unfair is it that you can't leverage the ignorance of players to make more than you once did, and so now have to compete on a much more level playing field.

I have tested this by logging in, doing a search for some chromium plating, get a few results. Then I list an item and also view my listings for that guild. When I reloadui all I see the client upload is the chrome plating I searched for, neither my new listing or the listings I already had in the store are uploaded.

Do you have multiple accounts? TTC doesn't work well with multiple accounts atm. Its being looked at
Never mind I found the problem, somehow the setting in the client to upload my own listings got disabled. Did not know that was there.
