Dicey is deprecated. That means there's something better out there.
I would highly recommend Roll Call, a newer and more full-featured dice mod by Phinix.

It uses Dicey's PingMap() method for moving data honestly between players, but it's fully internationalized and offers a lot more functionality. Use it instead!

A transparent and fair dice roller for ESO. You don't have to take anyone's word for the results, so it's perfect for RP combat or gambling with gold at stake.

Everyone who wants to see Dicey rolls needs the add-on installed, and your characters have to be in the same group.

/dicey - Rolls a 20-sided die, displays results to all other Dicey users in your group
/dicey 6 - Rolls a 6-sided die, etc.
/dicey 2 - Flips a coin, etc.

The dice roller correctly handles up to 100 sides.

For addon developers: this is an interesting proof-of-concept of how to use map pings to share data between players in a group, and would be a good base for other chance-based addons. Feel free to build a gambling addon that mails the pot to the winner, or a dice-based combat system.
