In AlphaLoot.lua and AlphaInfo.lua the function calls to GetBagInfo() need changed to the new function GetBagSize(). Just search for GetBagInfo in the two files.

I just uploaded v1.5.2 which at least works fine with 1.3.2 on the PTS.

This addon may be done. Shame, it's fantastic and had great potential.

Open infopanel.lua and replace line 75:

I also never heard back but I have a working bug free version I have been using.
I'm not sure if its the same as was posted - I don't take any credit for this and I'm not posting the entire zip file.

I'm getting the same Phantom Chat Window and UI Error. Ive tried the steps you tried but still have the same result.
After removing all deleting the entire Elder Scrolls Online/Live directory and reloading the game I still get this error and phantom chat window, but not for my characters that had never used ChatMultiWindow....
