I can't seem to hit the spot. It just stays rooted to the center of the screen, mocking me. You have to click and drag the shaded area around the border not the icons themselves.

I can't seem to get the poison tracker icon to move. It's stuck in the center of the screen even if I unlock the frame and try to manually move it.
