 Ability Timer extended for Channeled Acceleration & Resolving Vigor

Is there a way to extend the timer of those skills? Or having the option to choose the buff that the timer should follow?
The option only show the first buff timer but not the other one that stay longer, added by the morph.
Channeled Acceleration timer stay only 13 seconds for the speed buff when it could be nice to also have it st...
