NOTE: I am not the addon author. This is not an official fix, just the result of some troubleshooting on my side.
The problem is that in the ESO API, companions and group members are separate things. It causes some weirdness. In order to prevent the errors, browse to the FoundryTacticalCombat\core directory. Open events.lua in you...
