Also it seems that just plain /reloadui kind of scrabled the currently tracked quests. Also every time you complete or get new quest, it starts tracking random another quest instead. Noticed it when left Cyrodiil and unchecked all Cyrodiil quests... and once every now and then some random Cyrodiil quest was again being tracked...
