As an FYI, Windows Defenders keeps flagging Client.exe as having/being a trojan (trojan:script/wacatac.b!ml) please update your Windows Defenders thru Windows update and try again. I can confirm that installing / upgrading LibMainMenu solved this issue for me. I can confirm this as well. I didn't have LibMainMenu, only LibMainMenu_2.0; downloading/installing LibMainMenu fixed it without deleting/uninstalling anything.
