@hellgirl - Thanks for the info, should be working now! You'll need to log into the missing characters with account-wide off to fix them but then they should show up in the list again. Actual profile settings weren't affected, the bug just kept them from showing in the list. So all previous configurations on them should still be pres...

@hellgirl - Hey. First welcome back! For character specific profiles you need to disable account wide on the character you want to make a profile for. This should automatically reload the UI, after which point any changes you make will be for them only. Also you will not see the name of your current character in the list of profiles....

Oh no! A sure fire way to fix it though... start ESO, disable DarkUI, completely restart ESO, exit, restart again, enable DUI, then start again.
