 Pretty Annoying Bug

There's a pretty annoying bug with this UI and I have no idea how to fix it. https://gyazo.com/5962c8ce12142e7189641597c31d2969 It causes a ping to stay on my map and not be able to be removed, continuously refreshing itself.
