Today's update changed something. Health total and % is showing even when turned off. There are also 2 % signs listed instead of just one. Sounds like you have 2 addons showing the text on the bars. Turning on Mute Blacksmith also mutes other npc's. Muted an inkeeper and a quest giver in Alik'r Desert. Mute Enchanting muted another quest giver in Alik'r. I had this issue too, muting the blacksmith also muted Abnur Tharn and some NPCs in the Daggerfall Mage's Guild during the main story quest "The Tharn Speaks". There was no...
