You only get soft-banned for mailing if you send out something like 1000+ mails within 24 hours. I don't know the exact figures ZOS uses but the most I've been able to send out in the same day are 2 guild mails (almost 1000 mails). I use a different addon for that but the same limits apply. I was just soft-banned for using this addon to send out a mailing to my guild members. It's the only activity I've done today and the only reason I can think of that I'd be banned. The soft-ban entails not being able to group/whisper/send mail/access guild banks and stores. BEWARE if you use this addon to send out mailings to you...
