I think it is not Bandits User Interface. It doing nothing with pin tooltips. But I'l check it... somehow (have no this problem). It is definetly BUI, because i don`t have this problem while BUI is off.

For how much longer CM gonna be broken while testing dps on the training dummies? i got 23k dps from 36k overall group dps, while i was in party with person,who didn`t damage this dummy, just staying near me. 13k dps for scamp? really?
