You should uninstall and install all of those mods and see if that changes anything.
I was having the same issues as the others, but I think I found the culprit.
Lorebooks.
The latest update on June 12:
v19.3
- First batch of the new books, roughly 80% in total.
- Some groundwork for future changes to quest handling....

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but in gamepad mode, when I visit the shop I can't press A to sell all junk. I have to press the button with the mouse.
Edit: turning off the confirmation message as a workaround
