I wanted to check out "inventory assisant" but as i was trying to enter my house ESO kept freezing.
I disabled all Addons and did a bunch of tests.
Whenever IIfA (inventory insight) and IA are present simultaneously the game freezes even with solely the 2 of them installed.
I dont know why. i do not get any lua erro...

Since we aren't running into that particular error - could you copy the LibAsync folder from PotionMaker/libs into the other AddOns (or just replace the file) and see if it still happens?
Another option would be a) a clean reinstall, or b) a saved variable wipe.
