Hopefully a little more clear.
I was unable to fix the text running off the frame (*yet) but at least you no longer are required to "reload" after some changes.
I also regrouped how the quest level colorization happens, and provided an "toggle" to use the built in default level colorization or your own ove...

This was absolutely a "I am using it" thing and I just wanted to share it in case someone else wanted to play around.
I can definitely tweak this further however seeing there is some interest. Ideally I would love the changes to get incorporated to the awesome...

This addon badly needs an update.
The initial login and zoning error has been reposted several times.
The quest log is having problems when you uncheck a quest sometiems it still shows and the log doesn't always show the right quests.
It is also randomly focusing on unchecked quests when it updates after a completion.

MQTSavedVars doesn't seem to be defined/used anywhere else except that line, though I am not sure that isnt some ESO API convention mechanism to automagically persist saved info.
