Hi. Thanks for the report. This is a bug, but as far as I can see it has been in since almost two years ago, back when I changed the panel creation routine to throttle control creation. The refresh callback is fired before the panel controls are actually created. Not sure how it could have worked before, unless you use a way outdated...

FYI, I just uploaded the fix for the LibAddonMenu error seen when no other addons were installed. There was an error in the manifest file that was preventing the menu library from loading properly. I also updated to the latest version of LibAddonMenu (r23). -A

Ah, yes I see the error now after removing all my other addons. I should have tried that fisrt, but I was guessing it was an interaction issue with the translation mod. I looked at this translation add-on, but unfortunately it's not a standard add-on. It includes an executable (flagged as dangerous by my anti-virus software) and likely makes modifications to directly to ESO files. So, I won't be testing it out! I recommend uninstalling all add-ons, then re-install combat reticle first to see if that...

The issue was apparently being caused by a race condition induced by having the CombatReticl.xml file list ahead of the LUA scripts.
