The incoming heals are completly gone from scrolling text.
Before the IC patch for FTC i could see on scrolling text any healing coming from anyone around me. It also appeared in FTC combat log.

My own heals appear there, but healing done by nearby people do not.
Im sure that before last FTC patch, i could see all incoming heals on me.

I set up an armor filter to junk every type of armor that is white or green.
Then i added advanced filter on top of that to keep any intricate item. Its working.
Then i added another advanced filter on top of that with:
- filter name VR1314
- KEEP
- Minimum level 63, maximum level 64

If that person is whispering you, his whispers appear in @personA tab in TESO TIM. But if that person stops whispering you (and you still keep his tab in TESO TIM) and then person A starts typing in a guild you and him are in, his posts in guild chat will be intercepte...
