I tried disabling not only the xp bar but also the xp experince. Even though all exp was disabled/turned off it is still causing the error. Not sure if that's of any help, but thought I would mention it.

Out of Date is different from in game error which can't be dismissed. You need to try to read the error to understand the cause or copy it down to post it so someone can help you.
Probably not this mod, yes this mod is working with this patch but there are issues, which can be read in the posts.

As far as I can tell the made the wait time variable now - the more searches, the longer you have to wait.
I keep getting "too many searches in sucession" reliably on the 5th page of my active Trading Guild (the others have no store or less then 5 pages) with the default 5 second delay.
Edit: Also get stuck on page 5 with 6 second...

It only seems to happen at a quest turn in, when npcs give reward gold, xp and or items. At least it's my experience. Att I was playing on a lvl 6 toon, haven't had a chance to try it on a high lvl toon, so defiantly was not in a vet zone.

Just tried v.91 there are still some errors, wish we could copy & paste them, it was rather long.
I manually changed the API version to 100007, allowing it to show the correct 'Up to Date' version.

Just found this, thanks to mra4nii's link in his Show Motif mod thread.
It's too bad, the guild tab info didn't work. I thought it was possible since Sous Chef was able to add recipe checks and info to guild tabs. :(

Did find a minor bug. The new xp bar, does not stay turned off. I don't use it since, the number stats are fine with me. I turned it off but every time I log into another toon, it's back on, even though it's turn off in the options. I have to go into the options, turn it on, then off again.

Problems with latest build, even deleting old .lua file. Causing game to crash, with "To many resized to fit updates processed. Is a child control anchored outside of a resize to fit control?"
Edit: The only other provisioning mod I use which could conflict is Sous Chef.

The physical bar keeps dropping down, when I move it as high as possible. Think it's after zoning or relogging. It moves just enough to block the quest icon description.
