When I go to recharge a weapon, I have to pick a soul gem. Dont know if someone found that localization bug: on map, filter options there the description known/ uunknown books is wrong in german version eingesammelte Bücher = already known books unbekannte Bücher = unknown books think only the description in your file is switched (in your skyshards its right)
