Looks like it's all working now. TraitBuddy is giving me LUA errors instead.
TraitBuddy is now patched to work with the new version and anyone who have yet to update Inventory Insight

You can bind a key to bring up TraitBuddy so you can look at it at any time
Bring up the ESO Options > Controls > Keybindings and scroll down until you see "TraitBuddy Addon"
Choose a key you would like to use to show and hide the window

The only thing I can think of is those items in your screenshot have traits unknown by the current character.
I do not suppress the built in game icons, TraitBuddy works alongside them.
So if you are on a character which does not know a trait then that item will sho...

I think in the options you can bring up where Srendar controls can draw, maybe some of it overlaps or something.
