Blacklist functionality

How does the blacklist work? I wrote "118226" to the "Popup Alert => Pattern(IDs) of Black List in lines" text box. The ID is the id of the Ruinous Scythe according to the CMX. It still gives the popup warning before the skill timer ends. I treat the scythe as a spammable in solo content, so I would prefer it would not raise the popup.
