This isn't something I've experienced with the latest patch. I'll have a look tonight and see if I can reproduce.
It would help if you could zip up your Librarian SavedVariables file and post it in the forum thread so I can test it out with the exact same data you are using.

I don't know if it's still the same bug you found (where librarian was writing a gigantic file) but if I've got Librarian enabled, /reloadui simply makes TESO unresponsive, to the point that nothing happens until I get bored or disconnected by the server (timing out)

Wobin, the new update has added numbers being spammed in the chat screen. I've seen 62 on a reloadui command and when you unlock the cursor. Hitting I for inventory is placing 23 and 62 in the chat window.
