Where is the error message?
On your screenshot this is no error but an information popup which tells you to check the chat for the progress. So what does the chat tell you? Any error message in there? Otherwise: Did you follow/understand this popup? It says: The shop won't update during the scan process. So if you click the popup away you won't see any new information/changed data on the right side (guild store) but only in the chat as text like "scanning" or "finished".

P.S. StoreUI won<t update
I get this error message when I try to scan the aucitons
P.S. StoreUI wont update while scanning due to ZOS bug. I have tryied to de-activate AGS but it doesnt fix the problem and I have tried to re-instal TTC and nothing changed. image doesn<t seems to work os here is the link: https://ibb.co/ZccP8QF

Getting this error "Unable to detect server region" when I run the client.exe. I have tried completely delete the TamrielTradeCentre folder and the TamrielTradeCentre.lua file in SavedVariables folder and then reinstalling. Additionally I have tried deleting AddOnSettings.txt and running the game so it regenerates.
I have added client.exe to windows firewall exception list for both private and public networks. I have added the entire \Users\[user]\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online folder to my anti malware programs exception list. But the same thing happens. What is causing "Unable to detect server region" and how can I fix it? .

Thanks. It appears a conflict with the Awesome Guild Store addon was the culprit. I turned ASG off and installation worked this time. I was able to turn ASG back on after setup and it appears they work together now. So, if anyone else is running into the problem and also has ASG, turn it off before re/installing TTC then you can turn it back on.
Hope ASG gets updated as ESO's new Guild Store, while an improvement from before, is still missing some features that ASG provides.

Hey! I got the same message. I totally deleted and uninstalled TTC, then downloaded the addon, following instructions to open the client addon whilst logged in to ESO. The instructions don't say to reloadui at this point, so I didn't the first 3 or 5 times I was trying to get this right. I kept noticing that even though the TTC was loaded per Minion, it didn't show up under the list of addons under Settings/Addons. Once I reloaded the UI /reloadui in chat box, the add on started working. I hope that works for you. If not, I also manually removed the TTC folder under /live/addons and then manually reinstalled it prior to logging into ESO, then starting the client up again. I don't think that was necessary, because the reloadui step after starting the client step worked for me. |

Getting this message since the Wrathstone changes:
"Failed to post trades. System will automatically retry later." This message has persisted and my listings are not being posted. It will download price tables and It will upload data for items I have searched, but not my own listings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. Any suggestions would be appreciated and thank you for your work on this invaluable addon. |

I'm seeing old data on the TTC webpage thats showing under an hour old. Its showing nirnhoned Hundings daggers on two of my guilds at a price I used to sell them at, but havent in several months. No listings for those daggers on either of those traders. No MM data showing any sales for those daggers in ANY of my guilds in the last 30 days. No idea why, thought I'd let you know.

Tamriel Trade Centre & AwesomeGuildStore
Hello,
I don't know if this is a matter of Tamriel Trade Centre or AwesomeGuildStore (I'm using AGS latest Dev version - I have also posted this to the author) - the price information in the search tab of the guild store is not shown anymore in the item tooltips. Anywhere else it works as intended.

Added the ability to do price to chat in different languages regardless of client's locale But: It is not working properly! Right clicking on the chat's itemlink I've enabled English and German on the German client and all I get is 2 times the German text for "Price to chat". Which one is which now? There should be one entry with "Price to chat" and one witrh the German "Preis in Chat einfügen". We are not able to differentiate which price to chat will print what result language this way And after checking what the chat entry will be: Both print the German text, no English at all. Inventory context menu Same here. 2 entries with German text for "Price to chat" and both will print the german price info. English is missing as well. Not sure what you have changed since I provided you the version which was working fine (and which was using a submenu for the inventory context menu. Please enable this again! I got sop many addons which add inventory context menu entries. Having a TTC price submenu with 3 entries for de, en and fr is only 1 additional row at the context menu, instead of adding 3 rows ). So this is definately a bug. Did a Reloadui but it did not fix it. Update: The only context menu entries which work are French and Russian. English and the others alwas show me the German (client language!) entries and also produce the German texts to chat. Another issue: If the client language is the same like a selected language to add, it will be shown 2 times in the context menus. This makes no sense, 1 time is enough
