This addon will display in the chat window the items that you and your group members have looted.

It is for people who just want a standalone no-frills group loot logging feature without any unwanted baggage. This is a tiny addon (a mere couple of kilobytes) with virtually zero footprint.

Group Loot Notifier will only show notable items: specifically, set items of any color quality, consumables or trophies of blue quality or better (e.g., motifs, recipes, and treasure maps), and any item of purple quality or better.

You can not hide your loot from other players.
If you mean "do not post own loot" then it is useless option by my opinion.

Long story short I am unable to use the MMB and have it bound to INSERT, but I cannot clear the logs because of it. Kind of a whole extra process I need to do to clear it. -Keybind to toggle the whole thing on or off. -Ability to omit my own loot from the list feedback. I really like this add-on and will be using it. This is more of a pleading to add this stuff. Good work and thank you!

That's too bad. Well, still thanks for the great addon! By the way, is there any way to make it use some other channel for the group loot messages than the system channel? I would like to have system channel messages enabled on all my tabs but have only one specific extra tab open for all the group loot messages, but I can't seem to manage to do that in any way.

Can you enable this addon for specific items, or is it everyghing on or everything off kind of thing? Many a times have I been looking only for one single specific item (sometimes with a spcecific trait, sometimes any trait), searching for which is awfully cumbersome if you have to browse through every group loot drop to find it. Not really any easier than asking everyone manually if they got it. And I don't trust pugs reading the chat for my messages for diddley squat, so whitelisting single specific items with everything else backlisted would be a great feature for this addon, if it doesn't have that already, that is.

I keep changing it myself every update (except it's Ln340 now) but I wonder if this could be added as a function. Like maybe make it a setting with default off but could be turned on? It's actually pretty useful if I can tell when I (or someone in the group) looted something.

Edit: plus I also have it on 1,8 split because I have seconds displayed on regular chat lines as well.
