Arkadius' Trade Tools is a modular framework with the goal to provide traders with useful trading tools and information and to help trade guild masters managing their guilds. Each added module will extend the functionality of ATT in some way. Modules come as their own addons and can therefore simply be deactivated via the addons menu if not needed.

Currently there are the following modules:
  • Sales
    • Visual: Tabbed window
    • Functionality: Collects sales from the player's guilds and displays them as a list which can be filtered in various ways. The information gained from these sales is used in multiple ways:
      • Guild rosters are extended by two additional columns, Purchases and Sales, which display the particular volume per guild member and selected time frame
      • Item tooltips are extended by the average price and a graph displaying the price development. The time frame for these calculations (1-30 days) can manually be selected.
      • Item price statistics can be inserted into chat. For non-English clients there is an option to post the statistics in English.
      • When browsing guild stores, listings also display the average price of the given item, so the player can see if it's over or underpriced

      Sales are stored for up to 30 days, depending on per-guild user settings. Most features can be enabled or disabled in the user settings.

  • Purchases
    • Visual: Tabbed window
    • Functionality: Saves purchases the player makes from guild traders and displays them as a list. This module may especially be useful for resellers to remember what they paid for a particular item. Purchases can be saved for up to 30 days.

  • Statistics
    • Visual: Tabbed window
    • Functionality: Allows other modules to send in statistic information which is then displayed as an assembled list. (currently only used by Sales)

  • Exports
    • Visual: Tabbed window
    • Functionality: Allows saving of guild-level sales data for export to CSV.

The community is free to write additional modules. Currently following external modules are known:
  • My Donation:
    • Adds a tabbed window which tracks your own deposits into guildbanks (up to 365 days) and enhances your overview, whether you met a guilds requirement not only on the sales side.

Currently supported languages:

  • French
  • Russian

Slash commands:
  • /att
    Toggle the visiblity of the main window

Addtional notes:
  • All data is stored per megaserver

Current Todo List/Feature Requests:
  • Adding craft cost support for more master writ types.
  • More customization for Deal Finder (margin, total sales, etc.)
  • Review of how writs are priced. Currently this is done by type and quality, but certain event writs don't really price well using that model. Traits and style mats can significantly impact craft cost, which can also affect price.
  • Review and rework of the sales window checkboxes as they provide information of limited value since the guild history API changes.
  • Investigate removing outliers from visible sales data. This could severely impact performance negatively, so no promises on this one.

The new guild history changes are not compatible with old ATT data. I recommended deleting your ATT saved variables before upgrading to v2.0.0. If you keep old data around, expect weird things to happen, including duplicate sales data!

I don't know the internals of ATT nor the way you could have this implemented. On my side, I could accept to click somewhere from time to time (and wait or have lag) to remove/tag/recalculate/whatever.

We've had reports in the past of users seeing the tooltip overlay in the corner of the screen. This behavior seems to be related to AUI and impacts other addon fixtures as well, though some seeing the issue have claimed to not use AUI. We have been unable to recreate the issue, so fixing it has eluded us.

If you simply /reloadui when seeing the issue, I've been told this can temporarily fix the problem.

While I have never seen this issue on my machine (I use a wide array of addons, including Votan's Minimap), if you can provide reliable reproduction steps, tracking it down and fixing it would be possible.

I've noted that Votan's Minimap and your graph of sales over "x" days get mixed together. The graph is an example graph of 9999999 gold high, middle, and low with most of the standard text associated with that graph. It seems to appear when first starting the game. So the graph overlays Votan's Minimap. If I turn off the minimap, reload, then turn the minimap back on, the problem goes away for awhile. It does come back but not sure what triggers it. I've seen this now for several months.

Clean abnormal prices

My avg price is screwed up because a guy in one of my guilds is using the guild to pay stuff in gold (objects that are worth 1 gold are sold for 500 each in stacks of 200). On the same idea, stuff that is mispriced too low is instantly bought by traders and relisted at "normal" price. IMHO, both those kind of entries should not be really taken into account to calculate an avg market price.

So, feature request: having an option to remove the X% lower and higher prices when calculating the average. Maybe do it only if the history has more than Y entries.

eg: removing the lower 10% and top 10% of the sales (if the history has at least 20 sales) to keep only the middle 80% would probably give a better idea of the price for some object.

If you're talking about data from the Purchases tab, not at this point in time. However, it would be relatively simple to implement, so I will add it to my list.
That would be really great. Knowing the real purchase cost of some stuff over one or two weeks would be awesome !!

I'm not planning to change the tooltips at this time. More changes will eventually come to the guild store interface, which is likely where the guild tax data would be taken into account.

This is something I spent some time looking into a couple of months ago. However, there are some implementation challenges which got in my way, which is why it hasn't been released to the public yet. My hope is to release it eventually, but nothing is scheduled right now.

(average price * 0,93) - buying price = profit ......
I think that's just how master merchant deal finder works

Thanks for explaining me, how Guild taxes works. The guild gets 3,5% tax btw and 3,5% are pure goldsink. 1% listing fee, which u wont get back if u remove item from store and relist. Else you will ge it back when sold. But your calculation and request is just off, bcs game tax calculation doesnt work as u think. Tax and Goldsink is calculated in full numbers, it can even happen, there is no single coin tax to the guild, if a single items worth is below a specific amount.Also relisting an item makes additional 1% loss. There is no way to give an accurate feedback of an items seller pure profit in such a tooltip.
I think you still don't understand me (sorry English is not my first language), My suggestion from the beginning was just to add simple calculation with average att price nothing more. I didn't say nothing about "accurate feedback of an items seller pure profit", btw I dont think anybody care about 1% when in 99% time you sell the item if you're not listing stupid prices thats why 7% it is

If you want to calculate the buying price as a reseller,
the buying price has to be 0,93 of the att "average" price. thats basically all.
a friend of me also asked for such a filter for guild store.

this friend asked for a filter method in stores, where u would type in the clear profit (from - to) instead of a percentage range and so on. actually this profit method should be even easier for calculation.
