Adds research timer information to research scroll tooltips.

Also adds a warning to research scroll tooltips if any of the potential research timer reduction for that scroll would be wasted on the current character.

Only English, German and French are currently fully supported, but please send translations for Japanese and Russian if you have them:

I sell scrolls on market so each time I need to unlock them. I use them on only one char so it's not a problem if I don't have locking feature, it's done by FCOIS I think. What part should I modify to get rid of auto locking at each login?

Not sure why you are asking an FCOIS question here instead of in the FCOIS comments section, but I believe the setting is under Settings > Addons > FCO ItemSaver > Marks > Automatic Marking > Research > Wasted research scrolls.
