With the release of Necron, this add-on is not functioning for me when using a controller. I receive the following UI error:

Starting with Update 38, while in gamepad mode, auto crafting at the provisioning station results in the first writ completing as expected, but LUA error prior to the second writ being crafted. Everything seems to work fine in kb&m mode. https://sir.insidi.at/or/logviewer/SLjUMr

Odd bug

I keep getting this ever time I do my Provisioning Daily =

DailyProvisioning: …[Error]Recipe name does not match (Craft [Rough Cup, Empty] 0 / 3)r

Rather odd one as it started showing up just after Christmas, but now it shows up on visiting my bank or sometimes switching weapons weirdly.

Thought I'd post it to see if any other have had the problem as it could be a conflict with another add on I guess, but as the error starts with this add-ons name seemed best to put it here.

I have a little bug when doing provisioning writ, it just exits the crafting UI at 4/8 items created.
settings : everything on except debug log, created quantity = 1, delay time = 0

Seems my issue is due to the fact I use a Switch Controller and its not compatible with a controller (Gamepad) is there a way to make the addon compatible.

An Oddity

I have noticed that I am supposed to create a food an drink for my daily writs but when making them it says to craft say fruit and cheese plate, but it says I am marked as making something like Argonian Saddle rabbit or something, but it actually crafts the Firsthold fruit and cheese plate any idea why?

Removing these four lines actually fixes the bulkQuantity issue.
It was added during a recent patch to resolve another issue.

This is in function DailyProvisioning:Crafting(craftSkill).

IsValidConditions does check to see if the correct quantity is made, however, it only checks against the quest conditions. It does include some references to bulkQuantity, but something isn't checking correctly.

I did see that CraftProvisioningItem doesn't have any options for crafting in multiples.

multicraft

Figured start a new post..... managed to hack multicraft into the addon.

Seems to work fine in the sense that it creates how many I want in one go. Whether I need both. Or just food. Or just drinks.

But it dumps me out of the crafting interface even though I have not enabled it. Makes me think there is still a bug in there that makes it all crash...

Not that I mind....


In Crafting function:

Lua Code:

  2.     local howMany = math.ceil( (self.executeToEnd - self.executeCurrent) / self:GetAmountToMake(parameter.itemType) )  -- calculate how many multicrafts we need to do

  7.     self.executeCurrent = math.min(self.executeCurrent + howMany * stack, self.executeToEnd) -- we just created howMany multicraft stacks. up our totals so far accordingly





Now.... this is just a quick hack. If done properly one would remove all that keeping track stuff (executeCurrent, executeToEnd, remaining...) as it is no longer needed. As we craft all the necessary items per type at once with multicraft...

could probably get rid of the strange read and analyze quests multiple times as well....


Should work pretty much the same for DailyAlchemy btw... CraftAlchemyItem(...) can take an extra argument that tells it how many multicraft we want.

what I noticed. 0 of both, 8 for how many I want.

Creates 8 of food ,4 of drink.

if I delete the 8 foods it will only create 4 foods.

I think issue is when quest says both are finished. it will no longer go into create more parts...

Problem is this check in IsValidConditions

if both have numbers required by quest. then conditionText is "Deliver good to merchant" which does not match the pattern. Returning nil says subsequent code in Crafting function "I am done". So nothing more gets crafted.

I think this got introduced because of some bug with recipe knowledge.

ExistUnknownRecipe() and Crafting() both use IsValidConditions function. Fix that was introduced to solve recipe knowledge bug. Broke the crafting usage of the same function....

Hi there.
Since the last update to Daily Provisioning and to Daily Alchemy the AddOn is no longer retrieving the already made recipes and reagents from the bank. When I have the crafting quests and go to the bank where I have stored all the already made quest items, the AddOn no longer gets it and I have to get them manually. Thanks for your great work. Same here - even with the newest version

and SUGGESTION:

neither daily alchemy nor provisioning are using the real multicraft option of the game
So it takes a very long time to craft full stacks - Using the real multicraft would be great

Nevertheless thx for these really useful addons
