Select Hybrid in the settings menu and Greyskull will appear with whatever is higher, Weapon Damage or Spell Damage.

Whenever this happened with myself, I was able to move it in Cyro for some strange reason. One day it just stopped happening. I didn't pay attention to what addons I changed/removed/added. I've not experienced that issue in a long time.

lol going to cyrodiil allows me to move it, thank you for the quick response.
