yes, it would be a great improvement if we would know the nodeIndex before jumping. If you know a way to identify/retrieve the node when fast traveling to other players, please let me know. I assume that ZOS intentionally reveals only the zone when it comes to traveling to other players. Otherwise, you could locate players from your friends and guild list relatively accurately.

Hi there!
A great improvement for the auto zone wayshrines discovery would be excluding known fast travel nodes from it. this would avoid porting to the wayshrine you already are or ping pong between two "popular" nodes in the zone. GetFastTravelNodeInfo(*luaindex* _nodeIndex_) first value of the bunch returned is *bool* _known_, checking that and skip it if known just before porting in the zone wayshrines discovery process Enjoy your day!

Re: Experimental Feature gone?
the feature was not removed. In fact, I'm working on improving it more and more. 1. Please make sure that you have the latest version installed (3.3.4). Maybe something went wrong and you have a old version installed. 2. Please check if you have the option "Hide Auto Unlock confirmation dialog" enabled in the addon settings. If this option is enabled, the dialog for switching to zone looping is skipped! (I consider removing this option in the future) You are welcome to let us know if you were able to fix it and what the cause was. |

Experimental Feature gone?
Hey DeadSoon,
Was the experimental feature of random zone wayshrine unlocking removed? I've noticed after the Firesong patch, when I click the Automatic Wayshrine Unlocking button, it immediately starts making jumps in the current zone, and no longer gives the option for unlocking throughout all zones. If it was removed and I didn't accidentally turn it off... will it be coming back? |

Re: Re: Re: Re: chat msg when porting in group?
The only different is: When doing a right-click first and then you select your choice in the sub menu, then the addon will doing the chat output to share the target with your group. It is possible that there was a change some versions before. So if you get into the habit of clicking the button with left-click by default, the problem should be solved. |

Re: Re: Re: chat msg when porting in group?
As far as the left/right click goes, im not on the game now but if memory serves it happens for me when I go to beammeup house icon just next to the port to friends house icon, choose a house and then I almost always right click a house and then left click port outside. If theres no way to turn it off ill deal with it although I will certainly try choosing port outside with both clicks and see if that helps. Theres absolutely no way Im playing without beammeup so this is one of those "it is what it is" situations. Thanks for the response though and thanks for an incredible addon. |

Re: Re: chat msg when porting in group?
you are unintentionally using a "hidden" feature. Let me explain it: If you right-click the teleport button, the fast travel starts as usual. At the same time the addon prints a link into the group chat. Group members can click on this link and if the group member also has BeamMeUp installed and you both have the target player (you port to) in the guild or friend list, the group member will immediately travel to the same target player. This feature allows you to travel together as a team much faster and most importantly it ensures that you both will arrive in the same game instance. It is "hidden" because usually all of us are using the regular left-click to interact with buttons. 1. Why you are using the right-click? (maybe wrongly assigned?). 2. Currently, there is no option to disable this feature and you are the first person I have heard of such a problem .

chat msg when porting in group?
Im getting a chat msg when I port to my house, its writing a msg in group chat asking group to follow me to the house im porting to and links the house waypoint. Im trying to figure out what addon is doing this, I thought it was port to friends house addon but the maker of that addon just confirmed it is not. I dont have any other addons that would make sense to include that feature. Is it this addon and if it is how do I turn it off.
To add to this after some tinkering I believe it is this addon because when I click the [follow me!] link the chat window will then say "[BMU]: Following the link...". I have looked through the bmu setting multiple times and see nothing about this, id love to be able to turn it off, I dont use it ever and its annoying.

One possible reason for the error: There was exactly one player in "Reaper's March" when the auto unlock started, but the player left the zone in the moment when the addon started the fast travel. In that case the fast travel fails. The addon maybe detected this issue and tried to find another player in "Reaper's March" but there was no one else. ... But this is only one scenario I can image. You can be happy if the automatic unlock ran up to an hour. We do our best to make the feature robust as possible, but there a still a few rare edge cases (e.g. unknown errors from game that prevents starting the fast travel that cannot be reproduced reliably). We will never be able to cover all cases 100%. But I think we are close to 90% However, you gave me the idea to implement a logging option to print everything into the chat. By this the user would see how many wayshrines were unlocked at wich time.
