CustomCompassPins?

Hi there,

I try to keep my addons to the lowest bloatware version possible, and am therefore questioning why CustomCompassPins is suddenly a required library? All I use the addon for is to look and see if a given character is capable of doing the master writ. Shouldn't such a library be at most an optional for certain features instead of required?

Thanks if you have the time to respond,
Teva

Hey! For some strange reason, they 3d pins for clothing master surveys don't show up near the clothing stations. Really odd also because the 3d pins for both blacksmithing and woodworking properly show up near the relative stations. Any idea on how to solve this?

Hi!
Do you want to know the source of icon image?
I used the tool EsoExtractDatato export all the icons to a folder, and selected from the folder.

For your reference....

1. Download from the link above and unzip it.
(In my case I thawed to "C:\Users\Neck\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\EsoExtractData")

2. The following two batch files were created in the extracted folder.
(If the extracted folder is different, Rewrite filePath location in batch file)

3.Create an output destination folder for images.
(In my case, "D:\EsoExtractData\DdsGame")
(If the folder you want to output is different, rewrite the location of batch file tmpPath)

4.Execute Export_DDS_Game.bat.
(There is about 300M. Please wait patiently)

[Export_DDS_Game.bat]
Lua Code:
  1. @echo off
  2. set filePath="C:\Users\Neck\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\EsoExtractData"
  3. set tmpPath=D:\EsoExtractData\DdsGame
  4. set mnfFile="C:\EsoJp\eso\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\game.mnf"
  5.
  6. CD %filePath%
  7.
  8. IF EXIST %tmpPath% (
  9.     RMDIR /s /q %tmpPath%

  11. MKDIR %tmpPath%

  42. )

  3. set tmpPath=%2
  4. set mnfFile=%3

I turned on the debug text. I don't have the writ in question anymore, because I activated it. When I look at another writ, your addon seems to have the traits and trait counts correct. Specifically, it seems to know that the trait in the process of being researched is not known.

So, I think we will have to assume it was user error (me not seeing something correctly) for the moment.

Thanks for the great mod.

Hi!
Added add-on logs. (Version1.0.3)
Can you turn on debug logging and paste a screenshot?

Hi!
There may not be an add-on XML file.

Do all files exist in the following add-on folder?
Please reinstall the add-on if you do not have it
C:\Users\xxxxxx\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\ConfirmMasterWrit
├ lang
├ Libs
├ ChangeLog.log
ConfirmMasterWrit.lua
ConfirmMasterWrit.txt
ConfirmMasterWrit.xml
