Hi Dunkie, are you still updating AUI? After today's update, I'm getting too many errors, I couldn't even clsoe them all Had to disable AUI but I really don't know how to play the game without it! Sensei hasn't logged into ESOUI since March, if you're still around, can you work on a fix for this please?

LUA error after updating to 2.603a

Had not updated in awhile (everything was working fine), decided to check for updates today, and one was available, so I updated and now I'm getting this error message.

Code:
user:/AddOns/AUI/AUI/AUI.lua:172: attempt to index a nil value
stack traceback:
user:/AddOns/AUI/AUI/AUI.lua:172: in function '(main chunk)'
|caaaaaa<Locals> LMP = tbl, isLoaded = false, showStartMessage = true, hasAzurah = false, GetCustomFontList = user:/AddOns/AUI/AUI/AUI.lua:6, AUI_OnFastUpdate = user:/AddOns/AUI/AUI/AUI.lua:26, AUI_OnSlowUpdate = user:/AddOns/AUI/AUI/AUI.lua:36, AUI_SlashCommand = user:/AddOns/AUI/AUI/AUI.lua:49, AUI_OnLoad = user:/AddOns/AUI/AUI/AUI.lua:85 </Locals>|r
Think I should have kept the mindset of if it's not broke don't fix it or update it, lol.

Update: After doing some digging and finding out that Sensi is back updating again and you are no longer working on the addon, and completely removing the AUI folder (kept my saved variables file), then installing the new version from his page the LUA error went away and everything is back to normal working fine again. I do want to thank you for all the work you have done on this addon while Sensi was away and keeping it up and running, it is by far the best addon for ESO available and playing without it is not an option... Thank you.

Thanks, this information is necessary for me to find a proper way for testing and reproducing the bug. :-)

I will do my best to find and fix this annoying behaviour. Please keep in mind, that addon authors act in their spare time, so it depends when I have enough time between work and children

Best regards

EDIT: Do you have a special anti virus software installed on your machine, something like bitdefender, which prevents arbitrary file actions? If this is the case can you please check whether your eso64.exe has been blocked for these file actions by folder protection?
Seems to happen for me when Azurah is installed. The action bars just reset to their default location.
Edit: More specifically, if you've adjusted the size/scale of the action bars.

Mini map doesnt load

I get this error messsage when I log in... It has been happening for about a week or so.

Just in case remove the entry "battle_ground_meter" from Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\SavedVariables\AUI.lua file (search for the entry name) and remove the whole section.

Thank you all for reporting and supporting to make it possible to fix this issue.
Hi,

test it, nothing good happens. Got not much time now. Try more test later.

Sure, take you time
But I'm not sure how you can reproduce it, except if I was alone to move the spellbar before, that's strange that I'm the only one who get this bug.

Thank you for reporting. Does it also happen in case of you perform a /reloadui command in chat?

Sorry for any circumstances

Please be sure that I will look into it asap, but I've little sparetime right now.
Don't even know how to do it without to go to BG... Think it's have same problem as subtitles. I'll search forum may be find something...

In meantime, can you please provide me the part of your saved variables file, which represents the data for position of bg-score-board using framemover? You can find it in your Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\SavedVariables\AUI.lua file and the section looks like this:

Code:
                    ["battle_ground_meter"] =
                    {
                        [1] =
                        {
                            ["anchor"] =
                            {
                                ["offsetX"] = -217,
                                ["offsetY"] = 372,
                                ["point"] = 9,
                                ["relativePoint"] = 9,
                            },
                        },
