DESCRIPTION
This addon includes many dialog features, to enhance the game experience and to customize it your way.
All-in-one, without fancy colors or custom fonts, in order to stick with a sober interface.
/!\ I recommend to not use a custom UI scale to prevent any improper behaviour.
  • Customize!
    ⋅ Resize and tweak the dialog window,
    ⋅ Tweak all the content: Title, text, and options,
    ⋅ Add nice icons and/or numbers before chat options,
  • Keep history!
    ⋅ Keep an eye on the history of the conversation,
    (I suggest you to vertically shift the window to display more history)
  • Use animation!
    ⋅ Use the text fading animation to make it appear while the NPC is talking,
    ⋅ Customize the speed for regular and some specific dialogs.
  • Specify behavior!
    ⋅ For some specific dialogs, you can mute the NPC, auto-open the store, and speed-up or instantly display the content.

CORRECTIONS
  • In texts, replaces any double space by a single space in texts,

  • For important dialogue options, when using a keyboard, it requires a second key-press for confirmation.

  • Implement features in gamepad mode. As I am not actively playing the game, I don't have a planned date for that, sorry guys!

Awesome, I'll check it out soon and tell you. The manual toggle is also good for when I'm trying to listen and my wife starts talking loudly with the cat and I miss some of the dialog. smh

Hey Phuein,

I bumped my API version and…
I've added a description detection in the "hide text" feature, so that it shouldn't hide the texts that start with specific characters ( < , “ , etc… ) .
Let me know if that works correctly. (Update is pending… But should be available soon!)

As I'm unsure about the texts consistency in ESO, I'll try to add a manual solution too (later).

Hey N'Tak. I love using the "Remove all text (listen!)" option while playing. But it also hides all reading-text that isn't voiced over.

As I said, it needs some tweaking !…
I intend to name the "repeat" option "restart" or something like that for the first dialog, and, yes, text doesn't change for now. It used to, but there was a problem with it so I removed that.
I'll do someday, soon, if I can !

There's already a setting to add a repeat option in the chat options. If you use it on the initial dialog… it will re-trigger the action of talking to them. So, possibly play a new dialog.

Actually, yes! That's exactly what I was looking for! I apologise, as I didn't realize the repeat option had that functionality too. I have difficulty hearing, so I've often used the repeat option on story dialogue, but never on random NPC chatter. The dialogue text doesn't change, but that's alright.

I have a possible question/feature request I guess?

Would it be possible to add a button or something to cycle through the random dialogues of NPCs?

Most NPCs have three or so dialogues they can say, and you have to talk to them repeatedly to hear them all. I was hoping there was a way to just short cut the whole leaving and returning thing. I know another dialogue mod has that feature, but I prefer yours in every other way. So, figured I'd ask!
