I have to be IN the dungeon to view this?

This addon seemed extremely helpful until I realized I had to be IN the instance in order to use it at all. I have to hold up my entire party in order to read the in game guide. Now it's entirely useless. Please make this addon able to be used outside of any instance so we know what to do BEFORE. I've only ever had like 1 group wait up for me. Everyone else just runs thru everything and I have no idea what I'm doing.

Sorry, the code for both was in the addon but I couldn't switch one on until Xynode had released the guide. So the version was the same.

Sorry for the confusion!

Ok, I was just confused because both the update from 2nd of September and the Update from 23rd of September had the v# 1.41. thanks for clarifying and the great addon of course.

Hey, thanks for the comment. You can use slash commands to open up a guide anywhere, I need to add them to a page so you can see them. But generally, they are in the format /fg1 or /cos etc

I like the comments about copypasta and bullet points, one thing I'd love to see is a table of contents so these could be read prior to entering the dungeon/trial/arena. I know most of the mechanics but even I like an occasional refresher, and I'd love to recommend this to my guildies.

As it stands it's all quite a bit of a read and with PUGs the way they are the Leroys (Jenkins) will have pulled the final boss by the time some people get through reading it, which is why i'd like to see an external view/table of contents.

Other than that it's a very nice piece of work with just a few very minor formatting issues (a missed line return etc)

Lightbulb Account-Wide Settings, Please.

Could you please make the settings account-wide?
Or at least add a setting we could turn on to make the settings account-wide?
(For example, a setting that said "Account-Wide Settings?" with a changeable "No/Yes".)

Also, I agree that the addon should allow us to copy and paste its information in the chat.

I would really love to see this feature as well. That would be a HUGE convenience in many pugs. I.e. After many, many dungeon runs I know all of the mechanics myself... but typing out the mechanics of scalecaller peak in chat every time I pug it does get a bit annyoing. ;-)

If I may add another idea:
Would it be possible to add the option of permanently hiding the addon's UI window? My UI is cluttered with many windows already. That's why I would like to permanently hide your addon's window (not just outside of dungeons/combat) and just use your addon with assigned hotkeys. Would that be an option you could implement? That would be awesome.

I installed this addon today and i really like it. I fail to see why ZOS has not implemented it.

That's my only critique though, the amount of info is nice if you want to really go in depth.
But when you're trying to quickly read a mech before you're pug group wipes again yea... Kinda becomes a cluster.
I have seen the tips at the bottom, I just think they need to be Bold at the top or something.
Currently they blend in a little.

Anyway Thanks for this addon! Is Gud!

Is it possible to reduce the information to bullet points? It's too much. Folks don't wait for you to finish a quest let alone read a novel. Great idea just needs some polishing. Maybe a button and a way to copy paste a couple of bullet points.
