Re: Re: Wow, what an update! :D
So there seem to be two issues here, caused by different Add-On conflicts: misalignment, and incorrect z-order. Either one on its own doesn't make the tooltips unreadable. 1a) Misalignment. Votan's LibCustomMenu appears to be one of the causes drawing over, rather than beside, the menu. This lib is used by (of the extensions I have installed): AutoResearch, AwesomeGuildStore, BeamMeUp, CombatMetrics, Daily Alchemy, Daily Provisioning, EssentialHousingTools, LoreBooks, Potion Maker, Ravalox'QuestTracker, Tamriel Trade Center, Votan's Fish Fillet, Votan's Fisherman. So, quite heavily used by major add-ons, but it's not, by itself, a particularly bad conflict. The tooltips are still visible, just misaligned. 1b) Misalignment. Also caused by Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Creator 2.0. This does not use the above library, but when enabled causes the same issue. 2) Incorrect z-order. This appears to be caused by Arkadius' Trade Tools. Only when these two happen together does it cause tooltips to be unreadable. Image shows: correct; misaligned; and misaligned with incorrect z-order. ![]() |

Re: Re: Special Chars
for english: /script SetCVar("language.2","en") for german: /script SetCVar("language.2","de") for france: /script SetCVar("language.2","fr") and should work with russian: /script SetCVar("language.2","ru") and japan as well: /script SetCVar("language.2","jp") not sure about the last 2 but the first 3 works fine. |

Re: Re: Special Chars
control.Lead:SetText(zo_strformat("<<C:1>>", data.Lead)) control.Zone:SetText(zo_strformat("<<C:1>>", data.Zone)) Looks much better now ![]() Only the zone dropdown still has ugly names. ![]()

Re: Special Chars
Thanks for the praise :-)
That's not good at all with the strange characters. Does this happen everywhere where stuff is in German? Even in the Zone Filter dropdown zone names? What about the EditBox (after you find a new Lead. Or you click a row?) If you replace the line with control.Zone:SetText(data.Zone) with control.Zone:SetText(zo_strformat("<<C:1>>", data.Zone)) in my displayleads.lua file...does it look correct? (have english client, so can't test meself) (if already logged in you will have to relog or /relodui

Howdie,
thanks fir the kind words. And for the report. Still got a few features and changes planned. But I think in the long run this addon should become rather stable and low maintenance. Only requiring updates with dlc/chapters and new Antiquities. What you noticed is not related to the other issues. But to a change I did with colors and difficulty. Totally forgot I did it and didnt add to changelog. As you level up zos increases the effective difficulty of antiquities. So once I hit ten all 1/2 antiquities weree three. So originally green digs have fissures and 3 bonus items. And their color was purple. Soo much purple. Really ugly. And neither very useful nor parseable. So I switched Lead difficulty for rareity for colors and that row in the background. If like in your case, difficulty of a Lead is higher than rareity and lower than your skill level. It becomes problematic. For me, all those now green again base leads. I am 10 and can scry them. And matters little if effectively they are now purple. Think this should only manifest as problem for difficulty 5 leads with rareity 4. Should be easy test and fix. In theory any lead with original difficulty higher than rareity could lead to this.. wil have to look at it on a skill 1 antiquity alt. Currently omw to work. Will have to wait for tonite. cheers and thanks again

An addon author's work is never done!
![]() Not sure if related to other issues, but just noticed a mismatch in level requirements in the current version. It is saying the two leads I have are level 4 and scryable, however in the journal is lists them as requiring level 5 and I cannot scry them (only level 4/5 currently). ![]() P.S. I love the addon! It has come a LONG way in a very short time. I have no doubt all the kinks will be worked out in due course. In the meantime, take care of yourself as well! ![]()

Re: Re: Re: Error
Edit: Uploaded 1.2.2...it's in file admin queue. I really hope this fixes it for you. I really need to get some sleep.
Mouse over on that Field is definitely working for me. Creates the Tooltip as expected.... Maybe something to do with an Addon you have that I don't? Does it persist if you restart? I use almost exactly the same Function calll in 5 other places in my code. puzzled I'll change this one call so it is like all the others. Maybe that will make it work for you too..
