Hi, thanks!
Generally it means that between two skills, there was not enough time for the global cooldown to pass, like
S -------- LA --- S
| -------- 1s -------- |
then the LA will be overwritten by the second skill, so it should be more like:
S ------------- LA --- S
| -------- 1s -------- |

This addon has been helpful in getting me to recognize where I am missing my light attacks.

If possible, it would be great to have something like "account wide options" that we can turn off for certain characters so I don't have to move everything around and change the settings for each of my 18 characters.

Hi, you can't change it in the Addon Settings at the moment, but I'll probably add this feature to a later version.

You can edit the WeaveDelays.xml file and in line 10 and 24 change the edgecolor property to:
Code:
edgeColor="00000000"

Hi, thanks! Yes, at the moment you can't turn them on/off independently, I'll change that in the next version.
As a workaround you can turm them both on and set the opacity to 0 to hide the delay bar.

in version 0.4.6 you can now move the bar vertically, and also disable each of the three bars individually if you are short on screen space or don't need the uptime tracker.
Let me know if that helps!

Note: I confirm in the first image the space below your bar is used by the ActionDurationReminder bar.
in version 0.4.6 there are some additional settings added to move the default UI health bar
The settings that should work for your case are e.g.
Detect Action Duration Reminder: on
Reposition default UI health bar: on
Raise default UI health bar: 28

Let me know if that helps!

The reasoning is to work together with some other addons, e.g. Bandits or Action Duration Reminder.
Probably depending on how those addons are configured, it might waste some space which is not nice (e.g. when BUI is enabled, but skill duration tracking is turned off).
I'll add some options to turn off the detection of other addons and to tune the vertical position.
Thanks for your feedback!
