The Error Too Many Anchors Process is not due to ggFrames however its a bug within the ESO Game whenever too many addons that draw on the screen are active at one time. Until ZeniMax gets around to fixing it, you can use Zolan's Anchors Away add-on to suppress this error.

For me that small icons are not very good, they need to be realy big to make them seeable. For the bars you shoud look on some wow interface, many have done it like this and it works very good, the bar coud have a different color if you get low hp. I however woud only be an option, everyone can do his own look if he wants he coud out the font OUTSIDE of the frames to make them more readable. I just requested to make the texts moveable independnt from the hp/mana/stamina bars.

Defend yourself! lol. Whenever i get around to redoing my theming engine / remaking my settings panel, this feature will be added, now this wont be default by any means, however it will be configurable. There are several things that need to be completed first.

Hi,
can u please add an indicator for beeing shielded? (the part of lifebar in darkred for example) ?
This indicator exists also in FTC, to show it as example:

and a checkbox to enable/disable the default target frame to use ggframes and default target frames at once ?
would be very nice
My Workaround ist to comment out the 2 line
ggFrames\unitManager\Functions.lua
Line 28: --ZO_TargetUnitFramereticleover:SetHidden(true)
Line 249: --ZO_TargetUnitFramereticleover:SetHidden(true)
would be nice, if this would be an option in menu.

Shields is coming in the next update (within a day or two?)

Hmm ~ so you're looking to have both the ggFrames Target Frame and the default ESO Target Frame? I usppose i could add an option for what default frames to hide.

There is a bug I've been encountering with this unit frames addon and others... Sometimes the stamina bar gets stuck when it's filling up I notice it most after death, it will just stop at like maybe 70% or some random number it differs and even though my stamina is actually all the way filled it only shows it at the place where it got stuck

If i use stamina at all like maybe sprint for a second it jump instantly to full.


Best unit frame addon available imo.

Thanks for finding that bug. To avoid future issue with any locale, i'm using GetUnitClassId() so that i get an ID instead of a Name. Should prevent any localization issues.

So for some reason ZO thought it'd be a great feature that if you're typing, the events for updating your stats, dont fire. So you'll notice that if you are typing when a stat is regenerating, the bar doesn't go up. So if you're typing by the time the last event goes off, it'll appear "stuck". (yay ZO game design)

Thank you so much. This addon is amazing. The development cycle and your attention to detail is very impressive.

I use two addons for frames right now - FTC for player and target frame (because of buffs and debuffs, very helpful) and warlegend group frame for well.. group frames.

I am a healer. I've waited for updates to switch to gg frames as I strongly believe that your addon will outperform the others, based on the work you have done so far. There is just one thing that stops me from switching: my dependance on warlegend's HoT indicators.

I know that people requesting more and more new features are the bane of developers. I can get by without a hundred of buff icons over each and every frame... but please take into consideration some sort of a general HoT indicator as a good place to start your work on buffs, since you have it planned already.

My two cents. Thank you for the great addon!

Great work in the last few builds so far, best unitframe-addon i used (and i think i tried them all).


2 things for raid & group that would be great:

1. Sort group from botttom to top.
2. Sort raid from right to left, also from bottom to top.

thanks for implementing absorbs!
one further suggestion: for healers like me it will be better if absorb bars start with the end of the current hp bar (anchor: current hp), not at the start (anchor: 0 hp). this will make it easier to read the the sum of total amount of hp and absorb shields. sure, with strong shields, they will go beyond the max hp bar width. but thats fine.
