The Error Too Many Anchors Process is not due to ggFrames however its a bug within the ESO Game whenever too many addons that draw on the screen are active at one time. Until ZeniMax gets around to fixing it, you can use Zolan's Anchors Away add-on to suppress this error.

Unregistering the event does the trick, but sometimes it still appears (when the target changes its name).
Code for GGF.UnitManager.SetDisplayVisability():
Code:
if not GGF.SavedVars['Display_Default_Target'] then
  ZO_UnitFrames:UnregisterForEvent( EVENT_RETICLE_TARGET_CHANGED )
end
ZO_TargetUnitFramereticleover:SetHidden( not GGF.SavedVars['Display_Default_Target'] )
Thats very interesting that you'd having issue with this. If its not working i would say that its most likely due to another addon forcing the frame to be shown. Try to disable all add-ons except for ggframes and see if the issue still exists.

I like the idea of unregistering the system events, preventing the system from running its own code, thus increasing performance. I would hope that doing that wouldn't cause any other unknown / unrelated issues with OTHER parts of the game. So i'm not sure if it should be unregistered or not. I'll consult other developers and see how they feel on this.

That does work, i fear if you update it will overwrite it though. Also it might suck if you have a character name that contains numbers at the end, might be hard to distinguish between the name and level.

I tracked it down to the Addon "RecticleSettings" which had the option to hide this frame too. Now it works without unregistering the system event.
It would be better to implement it in a way that addons don't overwrite each other, like
Code:
if not GGF.SavedVars['Display_Default_Player'] then
  ZO_PlayerAttributeHealth:SetHidden( true )
end
That's a bit less beautiful, but if another addon disables the frame, it is not enabled again, so no random behaivour.

Correct but what if the user WANTS it enabled? Then you'd need an elese and setHidden(false) which goes back to the exact same problem.

I'm currently trying to think of a way to properly do this with inner communication between add-ons.

Sadly this isn't an issue with ggFrames but an issue with the game itself. You'll notice that if you disable some other add-ons and leave ggFrames enabled, the error will go away. It happen when there are too many add-ons that try and place things on the window.

Solution: Download and Install the Addon Zolans Anchors Away

I love the new increasing/decreasing health/magicka/stam animations. For some reason they all work fine except for increasing health. The animation is actually larger than the entire player frame. I tried disabling all of my addons but the problem persists (screenshot shows FTC buffs but I disabled everything after I took it). My next step is to reset ggFrames to default but I was hoping someone might have a fix before I try that.

A friend of mine mentioned that bug to me last night. While investigating it they were able to fix it by feasting defaults. I wish I knew what setting is f***ed so that I could have you update just that one but I'm not sure which :/

I fixed it, if you set the player health bar height lower than 24 the bar is apparently too narrow and this bug occurs. I had mine at 22 then bumped it up to 24 and it went away. Oddly enough, the mana and stamina bars work all the way down to their minimum height of 10.

Try disabling a few others, i bet it will go away. Either way. The solution is in the add-on description. Download and Install Zolan's Anchors Away. The Too Many Anchors processed doesn't actually prevent any add-on from working, Its just an annoyance. Downloading that add-on will go ahead and solve the problem by ignoring it.
