The Error Too Many Anchors Process is not due to ggFrames however its a bug within the ESO Game whenever too many addons that draw on the screen are active at one time. Until ZeniMax gets around to fixing it, you can use Zolan's Anchors Away add-on to suppress this error.

For those experiencing this bug, I will be making an interim update to a new LAM to (hopefully) fix this.

The "Read-Only" workaround will work for now, but be sure your settings are set how you want them, as this will make the game not accept anymore ggframes settings.

As a possiblity: have you tried setting the settings before loading the game? savedvars are overwritten at reloadui, so anything you change will be overwritten while the game is running.

This has been discussed many times in this comment section. This is not exposed via the API, and to do so requires keeping a database of ALL timers and buffs, and it will *never* be accurate due to lag and such. I do not have the time, nor inclination, to keep this database for *all* character classes and combinations. Therefore, it is not something I am willing to do. Many addons out there have this functionality already, and I would suggest using one of them for buff tracking if you require this.

For Everyone:
I am updating ggFrames to 1.6, and working out the compatibility issues. I am sorry it has taken longer than I would have liked, I have been swamped with Work, and Work does and always will come first over a hobby. In saying this however, I will be getting it updated ASAP. For now, if the sliders are an issue, please use the "read-only" or alternate settings workaround until next version.

I got around this problem by closing the game and editing the relevant value in the ggframes.lua file in my saved variables folder...and by marking said file as read-only. Waiting for the update so this workaround won't be necessary.
Thanks for the tip! I didn't think to put the file read only; I tried doing it before but it kept getting overwritten on UI reload.

Ok guys, While I have stated I do believe, due to previous and current testing, that this is a Zenimax UI Issue. However, I am trying to track it down, but I am going to need a bit more information to try to do so, As I cannot reproduce this issue at all. I have attempted in Cyrodill a few times, and elsewhere, so any more information you can provide will be immensely useful.

Is it the Group Frame aswell or Only the Raid Frame having the Issues? Do these issues occur when NOT using ggFrames aswell? (I know it sucks to test with default UI, but I kind of need to know that, as I cannot reproduce myself). Have you got any other unit frames addons installed and active?

As for the whole UI Moving thing, that is definitely well outside the scope of ggFrames itself, if I *was* to do this it would be as a separate addon. However, I believe Azurah does this extremely well and anything I did would be simply reinventing the wheel. Make sure that all Unit Frame affecting parts of Azurah are Disabled in the options menu if you are using ggFrames however, as this could possibly cause issues.

Thanks for the reports guys, and any help tracking this down will be greatly appreciated.

Again any help tracking this down will be extremely appreciated, and if you can attempt to reproduce it with 0 unit frame addons active that would be excellent aswell. It is frustrating that I cannot reproduce this myself, with quite active gameplay.

edit: also another bug that has been around since the beginning is the random grayed out frame like the person is out of range, but they actually aren't. I have tried to see what causes this, but havn't been able to pinpoint. typically a reloadui fixes it everytime.
G'day Star! I have been meaning to get in contact with you, I have just been rather busy between Thanksgiving and squeezing in time for Addon and Gameplay when I can. Send me a PM if you can, I'll have a chat with you. As for the bug, as mentioned I cannot reproduce this and some testers managed to reliably reproduce it with default UI, suggesting a Zenimax UI bug, but I am looking into it again to see if we can track this down. I thought it was fixed on Zeni's end as Neither myself or My Wife have been able to reproduce it at all, but the bug reports here are suggesting otherwise obviously.

I can tell you how to reproduce it actually! This happens ONLY when both you and your group members die and resurrect at a wayshrine and/or a castle in Cyrodiil. For example it happens to me when dying in Cyro or DSA only as these are the times the "group wipes" and revives somewhere. I believe it's related to someone resurrecting while you are loading in due to yourself resurrecting etc. Basically, if you want to reproduce it try to grab a few people and die and resurrect together it should happen. If this is fixed I will love ggFrames forever, I absolutely love the addon but have had to switch when I'm in Cyrodiil as I can't be the healer and not know my group memebrs health.

If you need any further help I'm happy to try anything as I experience it constantly every day. ^^

On player frames, health, stam magika, given the new scale of values ( btween 8k to 30k+) values should at least present with a new format (eg 16000 should read 16 000) or players should be given the option to switch to a "k" base display (eg 16400 should read 16k rouded up to the nearest).

Also since the values have grown so much, NPC health display isn't readable any more... too much numbers ^^. vr14 guards have nearly 5.3 million HP. 5287859 HP, that's a value I just can't read. Display should be formated at least in "k" values or "g" values (or "M" or whatever), and player given the whoice of the way it want the values to be displayed. I have not had a chance to check out PTS yet, but will definitely do so in relation to the addon before release. It seems I definitely may need to change some formatting.

I have been working on a branch for the upgrade to LAM2.0, but with such a large project it is a large conversion, and I want to make sure I do it right without introducing a host of bugs/problems. It will get done, it is just a matter of time, and I wish I had unlimited in which to work and make addons. Unfortunately the Earth only spins so slowly :P haha.

It is progressing well however, and testing is going well so far. I am hoping to have it done before 1.6, but if work gets in the way too much for that I will get an updated release for 1.6 done with updated formatting etc before the LAM2.0 update.

I've PMed him about the LAM2.0 but he hasn't responded. Is he inactive/gone again?

I'd also like to see an option to turn off the Addon Loaded notification and remove it from chat.

1.6 update

hi, just checking ggFrames with the 1.6 on PTS, i'd like to know if you could consider some adjustments :
On player frames, health, stam magika, given the new scale of values ( btween 8k to 30k+) values should at least present with a new format (eg 16000 should read 16 000) or players should be given the option to switch to a "k" base display (eg 16400 should read 16k rouded up to the nearest).

Also since the values have grown so much, NPC health display isn't readable any more... too much numbers ^^. vr14 guards have nearly 5.3 million HP. 5287859 HP, that's a value I just can't read. Display should be formated at least in "k" values or "g" values (or "M" or whatever), and player given the whoice of the way it want the values to be displayed. Love it, could use a few extras

I am really digging your addon! Its almost perfect (for me) and id like to input a few requests:
- To be able to see health percentage of enemy player.
- To be able to position where the player name is located (as well as title, etc.)
- Im not sure what to call this one, but the bars seem to chunk away or regen in chunks, im not sure how accurate its reading. Died in craglorn a few times from full health not seeing it go down.
- Group tends to just disappear and reappear on its own, toggling settings isnt always appearing to work on demand.
