The Error Too Many Anchors Process is not due to ggFrames however its a bug within the ESO Game whenever too many addons that draw on the screen are active at one time. Until ZeniMax gets around to fixing it, you can use Zolan's Anchors Away add-on to suppress this error.

I am not sure I understand the question, can you elaborate on your meaning for me? I would certainly hate to guess and end up being wrong. ^_^

I pretty much never played with default frames so I wasn't sure. It happened with FTC as well and it looks like even with the default frames. I'm really suprised that I haven't heard more complains about this issue because I encounter it pretty much every day while playing and it's extremely frustrating. It would be awesome if there was anything you could do on your side but I understand if it's not possible. I will report this issue to Zenimax as well.
While there isn't much I could do, this has supposedly been fixed with 1.2.3. Might be worth checking out now?

There is no such thing as a Stupid Question. However, as Toperharrier pointed out this functionality is available in FTC and in S'rendarr using a Database of Best Guesses, as the API does not provide this information. My "Best Guesses" Would never be up to date enough, I do not play enough of all classes to test this reliably, so it is not likely something I will add, I am sorry. Thank you for explaining aswell, Toperharrier.

This usually happens when an Addon with new Textures is installed without restarting the game. Unfortunately /reloadui doesn't pick up new textures, so you may need to completely restart the game to see them. If you are still having this trouble after trying that, let me know.

I have not seen this problem for a very long time, it was fixed in an update to ggFrames quite a while ago. Can you confirm you are running the latest version? (Addon Version 0.9.2, can be seen ingame in the settings panel for ggFrames)

Best suggestion I can give for this, is try to reinstall ggFrames, completely remove the folder and reinstall it. Also, make sure no files are open in any other programs in the ggFrames folder, as this can cause updating problems. Possibly try restarting your machine to be sure no errant processes are holding files open. Otherwise, if this persists after a reinstall, please let me know.

Thats an unique feature of FTC.

It "emulates" the short buffs/debuffs on player/target when you use a skill that has any of such effects.

I am using ggFrames along with FTC buff tracker.

- Disabled FTC long-duration buffs (food, scrolls, mundus..) because ggFrames already have it under the player frame. The rest of the FTC buffs (not disabled) tracked are the ones you are talking about (combat prayer, mutagen...) so they show up under the ggFrames buff tracker under the player frame.

- FTC player debuffs moved to show under ggFrames player frame and ggFrames player buff tracker. Theres no ggFrames player debuff tracker afaik, so, so far so good.

- ggFrames target buffs are showed under ggFrames target frame. Could not find a way to disable FTC target buffs while not losing FTC buff/debuff tracker (the unique feature we talked before) so I just moved it. Anyways it appears to only show food buffs.

- FTC target debuff tracking (unstable flame and other dots) shows under ggFrames target frame and ggFrames target buffs. Again, no ggFrames target debuff tracker, so it wont show double.



So, the only headache I have right now is not being able to disable the FTC target buff tracking only (it wont show scrolls or inner light like ggFrames does, only food as far as Ive seen).

The resto of it, FTC player buffs (with extended duration buffs disabled so only the mutagen/combatprayer and such will show) and FTC player/target debuffs work well with ggFrames as ggFrames do not have a tracking over those so they pair fine.

Hi and tnx for your addon,for me is the best frame for eso atm,but from yesterday 25/04 with patch 1.2.3 it don t work anymore,game don t recognize it and i can see it listed in addon tab inside the game,but not on setting tab and i don t have any error

Hi! I was just wondering if someone more familiar with this addon could tell me why my default target frames won't go away when I set ggframes to hide them. I am forced to either use the default ones or to use both default + ggframes at the same time. Been like this for me for a month or more. I have no other unit frame addon installed currently. Oddly, the player and group/raid frames hide properly without issue.

Smile patch v1.2.3 weirdness

Hello,
I just installed ggframes today as a replacement to WarFrames and while everything seems to work fine, health/mana/stam bars do not have any color. I'm not seeing any errors in bug eater. Please advise, thanks in advance and patch day weirdness is expected on my end.

I will look into this, and also being able to separate the bars completely with settings for each. This is actually something I wanted to add myself aswell.

As EdmondDantes mentioned, this is not specific to ggframes or anything specific in the addon. It is unfortunately a problem/limitation with the ESO UI, although there are ways to work around it. For now, I suggest Zolan's Anchors Away as mentioned by EdmondDantes. I will be updating to LibAddonMenu-2.0 soon, which will help in the case of ggFrames, but again it is nothing specific to ggFrames causing this. I suggest reading the thread linked by EdmondDantes to learn more.

This problem is not necessarily from this Addon unfortunately.

Some specific combination of Addons is creating this particular problem because of UI limitations from Zeni for some reason.

Check here for details about this particular problem.

But if you are too lazy to read the whole thread, temporary solutions for this can be these 2 addons:

BugEater (formerly LibDebug)

or

Zolan's Anchors Away
