Be aware that developing and testing this addon is subject to if a event is currently running and how tickets are awarded for the event.

Requires LibAddonMenu-2.0

Works in Gamepad Mode and Keyboard/Mouse Mode

This addon will help prevent you from turning in quests that reward event tickets, or taking loot that rewards Event Tickets, or use the Jubilee Cake, when it would cause you to miss out on tickets due to having too many.

While the Anniversary Jubilee event is active, looking at a Jubilee cake will show the number of tickets you currently have, If you have used it for the current day, it will show a timer until the next reset.

There is a setting called, "Help me save tickets.",
  1. for quest, will auto close the quest turn-in interaction
  2. for Jubilee cake, disable the ability to interact with the Jubilee cake
  3. for loot tickets, auto-loot will skip tickets
if the rewarded tickets + the tickets you have total more than 12

NOTE:
If the amount of tickets do not update to the amount available for the current event, it can be changed in the settings.

Breaks Another Addon

Finally found the culprit. This addon breaks No Interact. It doesn't allow No Interact to block interaction with blacklisted items or NPCs.

Can you please create compatibility between the two addons, if possible?

Slight Bug

You cannot eat the cake again on the same day if you are at or above 11 tickets (even if you have already gotten the cake bonus for the day). That means you can't get the buff again until you spend the tickets.

Not horrible with good planning, but I got caught myself when it ran out and I needed to use it before I had spent the tickets. It worked fine (with no more tickets of course) after I spent 10 tickets.

OK. I am working on a solution. It's been rough since my internet has been bugged for 2 days. I just was able to get back in game.

Here's what I can do. Since my version is full of rewrites, I can download the current version and fix the typo that's causing that for keybord mode. However, that will not fix any other issue.

I managed to test 1 cake today, but ran into an issue. So, I will not be able to test changes until tomorrow. That's if my internet is still functioning.


I'm just going to test it tomorrow and see what happens.

Running it like Daily Craft Status would be great. Though an onscreen notice like Lazy Writ Crafter gives when you are near the reset would also have merit. That will tell you that you have X minutes (user adjustable) to do daily crafting when you login with a message on the screen. That goes away however, so the icon idea would also be useful or better.

Future Update Idea

I am not sure how hard this would be to do, but it would be nice to add a feature to get a notice if you have not done gotten the tickets (all or some) for the day.

If you have several alts, you can try eating the cake on them. They do not have to do the quest, just have the cake on their bar (or maybe just in their tools list under -U-).

You may be trying that already, but that would let you get multiple fix attempts per day, though not multiple tickets. In fact, I think you can eat the cake any number of times during the day. I got my errors on other alts even after I got the tickets for the day earlier on another character.
