QuickMapNav displays the names of the surrounding areas which helps to figure out Tamriel's geography, these names are clickable and help you to navigate from map to map.

Options:
- Default top left zone name & time display (mostly for PerfectPixel users ) [accountwide & off by default]
- Map fading (formerly "less flashy map"): Slightly fade the map to black to please your eyes at night [Game default setting is 100, addon default setting is 87]

- Map desaturation : Desaturate the colors on the map [Game default setting is 0, addon default setting is 20]
- Force 24h format & seconds on the map clock
- Abbreviated keep names in Cyrodiil (toggleable, on by default)

I have to optimise the vertical text (and sometimes the positioning) for every language, if there is a problem with the vertical text display with the unofficially supported language you use for the game just write it in the comment section and include a link to the AddOn you use to play with that language then I'll see what I can do.

Sur le PTS ou sur le serveur Live ?
En fait j'ai pas testé les autres langues que l'anglais depuis les dernières mises à jour, je comptais le faire après la maj "High Isle".
Si t'as une capture d'écran à me montrer ça m'aiderait je pense.

Hello! In french, the words la, le etc are in grey. Is it possible to make all location text in the same color?

My screen resolution is 2560x1440

my cpu is AMD Ryzen 9 5950x 16 cores 32 gb. And i never had a black screen when clicking on a map until the last version.

as for map addons, i use Votan minimap, and Beam me up which use the world map

As you can see the text for Reaper March onthe south left and Fort .... on south right are inside the cyrodil map.

As for the black, i cant catch it with pictures unfortunatly.

The error is gone, but this new version is differente. Each time i choose a map destination, there is black square covering all the map for 2 or 3 sec then the destination map appears.

Also, when in cyrodill, all the name of the area around cyrodill are all inside cyrodill map itself.

I have a little question : 2022.04.29 this map was working fine. All the improvements you made are really necessary to work in the new area or can i keep the old version ?

I added a test against nil in today's update, it should solve this particular problem.
i will dl it and test it tomorrow morning (2 am here, so will be around 10 am)

I deleted the savedvar but that did nothing, and the error went up to generating 60 until i did a ALT F4 to stop it

Yes if it is multiple areas then track what you were doing when it occurred:
- At game load (1st character loaded)?
- After switching to another character?
- After porting/using a wayshrine?
- other


I cannot say it never occured to me but it is really rare.
Maybe a conflict with another addon...We'll see.

I won't fix errors which happen 1 time every 3 months because I don't think there is a solution on my side.

Yes, it only happened two times. First BugCatcher said it and later when i was exploring the same zone, i got LUA error notification in game with the same error message.
This is REALLY usefull addon^^
