I'm not playing ESO any more, so I won't be updating this addon. Sorry!

SorcererHelper
An addon for sorcerers that gently reminds you to keep your minions and buffs up, and alerts you when your abilities (like Crystal Fragments) proc.

Features
  • Two types of icons: Reminders and Alerts, in two different windows
  • Alert icons are twice the size of Reminder icons
  • Reminders and Buffs can be individually turned on or off
  • Alerts display a countdown of seconds remaining
  • Option to hide reminders when in menus - New in 1.1.9!
  • Current Reminders:
    • Summons (Familiar/Clannfear and Winged Twilight)
    • Mage's Light
    • Bound Armor
  • Current Alerts:
    • Crystal Fragments
    • Surge
    • Lightning Form
    • Expert Hunter (experimental)
    • Daedric Curse - New in 1.1.9!
  • Does not load on non-sorcerer characters

Controls
  • Left-click and drag to reposition the windows (for Alerts, it's easiest to set "Show repositioning help" to ON in the settings)
  • You can turn off a feature if you do not want or need it in the settings panel

Known Issues
  • Expert Hunter tracking is experimental; it more than likely does nothing.
  • Crystal Fragments countdown does not reset if it re-procs - I can't think of a way to detect that.
  • Daedric Curse timer tracks from when it was cast, not from when it affects the target. As such, it might be off by a second or two depending on the distance to the target.

Cool, a scaling option would be awesome. Anyways, its changing the size (54 to 30) that makes Surge bork out. I had to revert the size change to make Surge tracking stay off.

EDIT. Nevermind the above, it borks out anyways. Surge does not respect the OFF setting in options.

Should be fixed in 1.1.1 once it clears. In my testing, the icon disappeared when I switched to a bar without CF, and reappeared when I switched back.

I've redone the way the windows are created, so I'm not sure this'll work perfectly (I haven't tested it), but the CF proc window is created on line 115, that last number is the size of the window (the icon itself is +10 pixels, so if you want a 40x40 icon you should put 30 instead of 54).

Try it out and be sure to let me know how it works out!

Should be fixed in 1.1.1 once it clears. In my testing, the icon disappeared when I switched to a bar without CF, and reappeared when I switched back.

Yes, I managed to replicate it by taking CF off one bar and switching as soon as CF procced.

I saw you removed Mage's Fury alerting in the planned features yet I do not see it implemented. What happened to Mage's Fury alert? I feel it would be rather helpful.

The icon not hiding itself seems to be related to not having CF on both bars. When you switch bars it does not recognize that the buff fades and the icon stays until you switch the bars back.

wish i could give you an error or something but it works fine just stays there sometimes... i had to revert back a version lol

I'm currently reworking how the addon displays the icons, and once I get that sorted I'll be able to more easily add more abilities - Mage's Light is on my list of requested abilities to track:
* Surge
* Lightning Form
* Expert Hunter
* Might of the Guild
* Mage's Light

I'm also investigating how plausible it is to add animations/transitions to the buff displays, as well as generally trying to make the display look a bit nicer.

Mage's/Inner Light from the Mages Guild skills would be nice to have. It is always turned off when entering or leaving a dungeon and it would be nice to show an icon when it needs to be turned back on.
